Contemporary furnishings and cozy ambiance that goes along with the cabin-like feel, welcomes you into this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 2 balconies on the second floor. Handcrafted barn wood pieces, touches of pinecones and the famous black bears are decorative touches throughout these freshly painted rooms. The open concept design leads to an easy flow from the fully equipped kitchen with granite tops and a breakfast bar to the dining area and great room with stone fireplace with gas logs and large tv, then sliding door opening onto the balcony where you can star gaze, watch the tram go up and down the mountain or drink your morning coffee. After a busy day of hiking and sightseeing unwind in the Jacuzzi in the main bedroom where your specially created barn wood king bed promises sweet dreams. Surprise - you have your own special balcony with wood furnishings. The main bath has double granite vanities and a supersize tile walk in shower. Bring friends and family to enjoy the guest room with 2 queen beds. They will appreciate the split bath with pocket door for the tub shower area. During the day, if you’re not downtown or on the ski-slopes, take a jump into the heated pool and Jacuzzi. There is an elevator near the pool to take you to street level. Condo has hard wired fire alarm and sprinkler system. You are on the Parkway, so you park once and walk or ride the free trolley. Gatlinburg can satisfy food for every taste bud - pancakes, seafood at Chesapeake's, Barbecue at Calhoun's and steaks at Cherokee Grill. Sugarland Visitor Center, your gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 2.2 miles away. Sevier County has pleasure for the 4 seasons, wildflower hikes in spring, summer fun splashing in the river, fall color not seen anywhere else and 15 million lights glowing for Winterfest. Great place to stay- walking distance to the town
This place is a great place to stay to visit Gatlinburg, Cades Cove, Dollywood and the Smoky’s. We got lucky and saw 6 bears during our 3 day stay!

Only good things to say about this rental! Great location within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and shops! Well decorated, very comfortable and clean, and spacious for our family of four. Would definitely rent again if we go back to Gatlinburg!

Great location and amenities
We stayed a week around July 4th and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. They provided soap, shampoo, makeup wipes and such that you’d normally expect at a hotel. Kitchen supplies were ample and check in was easy. We would definitely come back.

Excellent property - very clean and inviting!
We have stayed at other condos at Summit Manor and this was by far the best property we have stayed in! It was so clean, the beds were super comfy, and there were nice little extras like (travel shampoo) that were much appreciated! We loved having a Keurig in the kitchen for morning coffee! This is a perfect spot for direct walking access to downtown Gatlinburg.

From the minute you enter the condo you can tell it is well cared for, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your time in the area. I chose this property base on location to the park entrance and photos. Communication with owners was excellent and check-in check-out process was easy. Owners were available to help with anything that we needed.

There’s a reason this condo has so many 5⭐️ ratings!
This is a beautiful unit in what I consider one of (if not THE) best locations in Gatlinburg. The unit is immaculate and well-stocked. Easy walking access to everything in town. Super-easy check in and out process and Steven and Lola are very quick to respond to any questions. We were sad to leave this morning. I can’t recommend this rental enough! Thanks for an amazing getaway!

Loved this place!
Kurt and Kathyk's condo was fantastic. We actually got the two condos they own which are side by side for our family. It was so convenient to be together. The location is great being right downtown and we didn't have to drive or park. The inside was so clean and decorated beautifully! Loved the outdoor theme! All the amenities were high end and they had everything we needed and more! Would give this place 5 stars and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Home Away From Home
The property owners gave us all the necessary information well in advance. When we arrived, we were excited that the condo was exactly what we’re expected. In fact, I don’t think the photos do it justice. It was very homey and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The location was absolutely perfect… right down the driveway was the main strip of gatlinburg. Beautiful views from the 2 balconies. We will definitely be back!

Location, Location, Location!
This was our second time staying in this condo. We stayed in December 2022 and liked it so much we decided to stay again in May. The condo has all the comforts of home in addition to having a great location. The proximity to the park was another perk. We had quick and easy access to the Smoky Mountains for hiking. The Gatlinburg trail was a short walk from the condo. During the evenings, we were able to walk to dinner which was an added plus. You just can't go wrong with this condo!

Booked this place for my sisters bachelorette party. Fits 6 people very comfortably. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Beds were comfortable, living room space was perfect for that amount of people. Kitchen was well stocked. We were concerned about weather since we went in January and the owners communicated quickly with us and answered my questions. The location was great for everything we wanted to do! Our longest walk was from the condo to Ole Red and it was about 0.7 miles. We all go to gatlinburg at least once a year and definitely plan to stay here again!

This property was perfect in every way. It worked great for our family of 5, and had everything we needed. The location was great. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Plus the property was so clean! There was not a single speck of dust or dirt to be found. If we ever to go Gatlinburg again we would definitely stay here! There is honestly nothing negative to say about this place. By far the best and cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. I could go on and on about how clean the place is.
