Fox's Den is your home away from home in Gatlinburg. It's a beautiful cabin where you will feel right at home. You’ll love the cabin's location nestled in the woods on a quiet dead-end street perfect for families, or couples looking for a private retreat.
New appliances, living room furniture and new hot tub! Please: NO PETS, NO SMOKING OR VAPING.

Fox's Den is in an ideal location in the middle of the historic Arts and Crafts Community! You don't even need your car to enjoy a short stroll to several craft shops, a wonderful cafe, and a trolley stop. A short 8 minute drive will put you right in the heart of Gatlinburg. Rocky Top Sports World is 3 minutes away, and the fun of Dollywood is just 15 minutes! The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just minutes away so bring your hiking shoes or a fishing pole!

Your home away from home features a well-stocked kitchen, new appliances and everything you need for cooking, as well as a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. For extended stays, there's a washer/dryer and iron and ironing board. If you're bringing the kids along...a high chair and pack and play make traveling easier.

The living area offers two new comfy sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), and of course a large TV, free wi-fi and a cozy gas fireplace. Just off the living area is a private bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom. The 2nd loft bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with another full bath.

Enjoy the quiet mountain air on the covered deck, or take a relaxing dip in the hot tub. An outdoor picnic table and gas grill make grilling out a breeze.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, well stocked with comfy beds. It was quiet and we enjoyed just sitting on the porch listening to nature. The drive to the cabin was easy to get to, no scary roads and close to shopping.

Comfortable and quiet!
Property was just as beautiful as it looked in the photos. The host was easy to reach by email and very helpful! Everything was amazing. My only complaint was there were no curtains on the front glass door to add to the privacy as there was construction going on right across the way and workers were there everyday of our visit but one. Not a huge deal but I think the addition of blinds or curtains on that glass front door would be helpful. Would definitely book this cabin again!

Gatlinburg Christmas adventure!
Really great! Only about 4-5 miles from the strip. Very clean. Couldn't get fireplace to work but no big deal. Would definitely stay there again!

Steps
Lots of steps but other than that the place is great! Plenty of room for two families. Everything you need to cook if you want to. Large bedrooms also. Hotub was great! Had a little problem finding the cabin the first night but called owner they got us there with no problem, they were great! About the steps?! We are in our seventies so they did give us a little problem but if you’re knees are good the cabin is a great place for you and your family!

Best of Both Worlds
The location of the property was ideal for the trip my friend and I took, in that it was in the country, peaceful and private, but very close to Gatlinburg. We agreed it was the nicest and cleanest place we'd ever booked. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed. Wi-Fi was excellent. The only issue we had was an empty propane tank when we planned to grill some steaks. Would definitely recommend the property, and would be happy to return.

Beautiful roomy cabin in a very peaceful setting
The cabin is lovely with plenty of room, everything you need for your stay. The covered porch with rocking chairs and hot tub was our favorite hang out spot. The location is perfect as it’s quiet and peaceful, but still within walking distance of adorable local shops and cafes.

Gatlinburg getaway
We can’t say enough good about our stay at Fox’s Den in Gatlinburg. The cabin was immaculate and we needed nothing during our stay. We had an amazing time in the Smokies and utilized the awesome hot tub several nights, especially after hiking. We will recommend this cabin to anyone. The house was nice . There were a few things we had to clean but overall not to bad. Shower inside curtain was full of mold . But everything else was acceptable. Slight musty smell in house . House has lots of steps to get up to porch so keep that in mind. But overall it was not bad. We enjoyed our stay. Neighbors were nice. We didn't even know there was any around

Cozy place!
We had a really nice stay. Bedroom downstairs is very comfortable, peaceful. Black out drapes made it easy to sleep late. Hot tub is clean and we enjoyed relaxing in it watching the orb-weavers. We did not do the walk into town - hilly and steep but we did get into town.

Perfect cabin with excellent service
The cabin was very clean and had everything you could think of. Our power went out pretty early in the morning due to storms one day and the owner contacted me to check on me and my family and also advised us where the lanterns and lights were located. We were very appreciative. We had a great time.

The cabin was perfect in everyway. The location is away from all the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to everything. The art and craft district it is near makes a full day of checking things out. The cabin was clean and had all the extra that you would think you need in the kitchen. Relaxation and Revitalization
The house is exactly as described. There is no need to bring anything, the owners have thought of everything. Plenty of towels, cookware, and eating utensils. The cupboard is stocked with basic spices, coffee, and sugar. We had one problem with the coffee maker, and it was rectified within hours after we reached out to the owners. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch in the peacefulness that is offered by the surrounding trees. There is no table outside, but we had brought our own. There are printed notes everywhere to answer any questions that you may have and if you can't find the answer you want, the owner is very prompt in answering any texts that you may send. I didn't read the note posted in the master bathroom about how to use the shower until after I got on my hands and knees to wash my hair. I then saw the note behind the door after I was done drying it. It was in plain sight, but I never noticed it. The house is located five miles outside of downtown Gatlinburg. There is a Food City two miles from the house and at least three gasoline stations within this distance. Timber Log Cabin and Morning Mist Restaurant are within walking distance as well as the trolley stop.
