Lovely little condo and fairly close walk to the main street that goes through Gatlinburg. The property was clean and felt safe, I’m a solo female traveler and felt comfortable walking back from town alone after dark. The decor is music themed, so if you’re into music you’ll love it! It was really cold during my visit and the gas fireplace was wonderful for evenings on the couch. I’m knocking off one star because the two things I care about most when traveling (mattress comfort and good shower pressure) were just meh. Everything else about the place was excellent!

Just what we needed!
Quiet and out of all the traffic. Enjoyed the short walk to and from town. Clean and affordable. Just what we needed as a couple for 2 nights.

A Nice Rental for a Quick Getaway
The property was everything we could have hoped for for our stay in Gatlinburg. The hosts were speedy with their communications, access to downtown was quick and accessible. Even got to see some bears from the safety of our balcony. 5 stars.

Great location, quiet building!
The condo is on a hill, away from the noise of downtown, but just a short walk away. Gorgeous views of the mountains. Wonderful communication with the owner. :)

Super clean and great location!
This condo is clean and comfortable. I took the short walk downtown several times. Very nice to not have to pay for parking your car while enjoying the shops and restaurants. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to make your own meals. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time!
Great location. We walked just about anywhere we wanted as far as dining and shopping. Did several hikes. We felt relatively safe there. Small unit, but was plenty for the two of us. Beats a hotel.

Great couple of days!!! Enjoyed walking the downtown area, walked the Gatlinburg trail to the Sugarlands and rode through Cade’s Cove and was able to see a Mama Bear and her three cubs up close, it was awesome!!! Condo is great location!!!

I enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Close to all the shops. It was very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Gatlinburg.

Cozy small space, great location
The condo was small and cozy, perfect for two people to get around. Downtown Gatlinburg was about a ten minute walk away. Only problem with the stay was that we came there to dirty kitchenware. Otherwise the stay was great.

Stayed with a friend for a couple days of Gatlinburg fun! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants was the extra bonus. Didn’t even get in the car until we were ready to leave. The place had everything we needed for our short visit! Thanks for the stay!

The unit was exactly liked in the photos. The unit was clean and well stocked right down to coffee for the Kuerig maker. The owner emailed all the directions on how to get to Luarel Inn and the door code for the unit and the laundry room. I will stay here again without any hesitation.

Neat & clean.
It was well kept if a bit small. Our stay in Gatlinburg was about going and doing so we actually stayed in the condo only at night. For our purposes the small condo was perfect. The jacuzzi tub was huge and there was plenty of hot water. The wi-fi was spotty.

I would first like to say Randall the property owner is wonderful! Great customer service and responsive. I truly was so excited to stay here! When we arrived the location to downtown appeared great. Bit of a hike uphill but it’s the mountains. However when we walked into the unit it was nothing like the pictures. I was expecting a rustic cabin outdoorsy feel, because again…mountains, but the music genre theme was not hitting. There also has been some repairs done that can only be described as “landlord special” There was also a very overwhelming perfume smell from the plugin that we could not find. There is no blanket on the bed, just a very thin decorative sheet. Towels were very scratchy and there is absolutely no water pressure in the shower. Bring your own toilet paper, pillows and towels. I had such high hopes, I really wanted to love it here, but the photos were very misleading.

Very cute little rental close to everything
Even though the condo is on the small size, it is within walking distance to downtown. Will say the toilet is not mad for tall people, it sits very low so it was amusing when my husband had to go to the bathroom, he is 6.5 tall. I am very short so I had no complaints. This a perfect condo for a couple but not for a family. People working lobby were very friendly and gave us tips on where to go and places to eat. There is lot of places that will deliver food, so no worries there.

Clean, perfect size, and great location!
Upon arrival, the property was incredibly clean, it was up to date and it was great location. It was the perfect size for two people. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go in gatlinburg, and pulling out onto the parkway wasn’t a chore like it has been in previous locations we’ve stayed at. WiFi was okay, however we didn’t have a reason to be on our phones so we didn’t get a whole lot of use out of it. The jacuzzi was incredibly clean, and there was enough hot water to fill the whole thing. Check in process was super easy and the owner of the property was incredibly helpful with breaking the process down, and even providing a list of things to do, places to eat and etc. for the price that this owner charges, you cannot beat the location or the room itself. When we return to Gatlingburg we will be back!

Will definitely stay again!
Super location. Easy walk down to the strip but no road or crowd noise at the condo. FYI...there's a Keurig so bring your K-cups. We weren't aware of that perk. :) It was plenty big for three of us but perfectly secure-feeling when I spent a couple of nights alone. The unit is directly across from the elevator which is convenient when loading/unloading but did have some occasional noise from loud passers-by. There's a nice fireplace but the gas wasn't turned on yet when we were there. Everything was well-stocked and the owner was informative and easy to reach.
