We stayed at Honey Hive Hideaway for a long weekend gathering of 3 adult siblings, their spouses/children and our mom. Honey Hive Hideaway is conveniently located very near Great Smokey National Park entrance/Gatlinburg area. The host, Brian, was very responsive and helpful in order to make our stay comfortable. We did not have anyone handicapped in our group, however we did have toddlers... a single story (rare in this area if looking for accommodations for a larger group) made toddler proofing much simpler. This property has three full baths, all opening into the hall/common area, again, super conducive to a larger groups' use. Everything was clean, comfortable and in working order- fresh flowers on the tables and farm fresh eggs in the fridge were an above and beyond touch to help us feel right at home/welcomed. We enjoyed the outside spaces- covered front and back porches, a firepit, some green space for playing, and plenty of seating all around. As a reader, my heart felt warmed to see baskets of books in each room for perusing/reading- along with multiple soft throw blankets throughout the home- this property invites guests to relax and unwind. These property owners have thought of all those little extra touches that make a big difference- I would highly recommend their property and would enjoy staying here again.
