Christmas Getaway
We had a PHENOMINAL stay for Christmas week! Property was stunning, clean, many many amenities, and was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The indoor waterpark is like no other we've seen, it was setup for children and adults to enjoy. Roy was a pleasure to book with and we would absolutely reccomend him as a host.

VRBO Owner Roy is AWESOME!
Short story- upon arriving , Westgate Resort had cancelled our reservations (a glitch in the system). The VRBO owner, Roy, went above and beyond expectations to verify the issue was corrected. (a very lengthy process). Here are the CONS: Check in at the resort is a mad house. There is absolutely inadequate parking for check in! I do not like the presentation of waiting in line and then being chaperoned to the sales area for an aggressive aka sales manager to attempt to sale you anything he can to get you to attend the presentation tour to sell you a timeshare. I have no issues saying NO! The PROS: Rent from ROY... Once the issue was resolved, the staff was amazing at getting us checked in promptly. The facility is clean & beautiful with very good security. Now that we are knowledge in what to expect, we can politely or rudely. inform the front we are not interested in a timeshare. We would rent from Roy again!

The view from our balcony and bedroom every day was amazing! Huge condo with plenty of amenities! The water park was great but the jacuzzi in the bedroom and the view while drinking coffee in the morning was unbelievable! Thank you Roy Allen for a well of fun for my husband and I!

Very friendly and helpful staff
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful, prompt, and friendly. Our location was amazing. Right across from the pool and putt-putt. The indoor water park was a nice touch when you don’t want to spend a ton of money or leave the property. Had everything we needed and if we didn’t have it they brought it to us. The resort transportation was a good option when you don’t want to drive or need a ride. It snowed while we were there and the plows and salt trucks were out right away taking care of the roads. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing getaway!
Every detail from booking to check-out was flawless. Roy was great at communicating and made us feel like a life long friend. The resort was fantastic! The staff did a great job at keeping everything clean and sanitary during this Covid-19 time. Would definitely come back again!
