"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. Amazing love this place and definitely will return. Our hotel offered a car shuttle as well in and out of town at no charge so it was great and easy to get to town. The hotel staff are beyond friend and excellent service.
