"We stayed 5 nights and had a great vacation. Although the island is still recovering from the hurricanes our unit was perfect. All new appliances and furnishings, A/C unit in every room and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Location is perfect, easy walk across the street to the beach and great access to the bay for our daily kayak trip to see the dolphins (3rd canal to the right had 3-6 every day we were there). All you need for the beach is provided, chairs, umbrellas, toys and even a cooler....

"We had a great stay in Captiva over spring break. This home is located in Sunset Captiva, a small neighborhood with a well-maintained community pool, newly refinished tennis and pickelball courts, newer gas grills, and an easy, short walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful. I would note that the home itself is dated and there is some deferred maintenance. However, it was clean and the host was helpful and responsive. "

"The property was just as described. Everything was comfortable and decorated so nicely. Had everything we needed and then some. Was a quick walk to the beach. There is a place outside to rinse off all your sand, the owner was easy to get in touch with and very nice. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!! Currently there is still so much devastation from the relentless back to back hurricanes. Please be respectful for those that lost so much. "

"Our family loved this cottage! This is our 2nd trip to LGI, and it has proven to be the best break away from all the “busy”. The cottage is nestled in the middle of the island and the perfect distance from the dock and the beach both ways. We enjoyed the slower pace and naps in the screened in porch. "Thank you for sharing your property with us! We had magnificent views—- including a full double rainbow 😍 the space was comfortable and clean and perfect for a long weekend getaway. We were able to easily access our boat to spend time on Cayo costa, lunch on cabbage key and a dip in the pool at the N. Captiva club. We didn’t need to use the bunk house, but would be perfect if we brought the kids! Thank you!!"
