Now it is done.

The holiday home is located in the village of Groß Schoritz in the south of the island of Rügen and offers a magnificent view of the Schoritzer Wiek to the south. The large garden our guests can share in parts and the herb bed offers a colorful selection of fragrant herbs.
The energy-saving design ensures a pleasant indoor climate on warm as well as cool days.
On summer days you enlarge the spacious living room with open kitchen through the patio doors to the garden. On cuddly evenings, the glass doors remain closed and the fireplace is heated.
The nature reserve 'Schoritzer Wiek' is located directly behind the garden. The nearby holiday attractions can be easily explored by bike or on foot.

Eine Woche über Silvester
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten waren bequem, der Kamin gibt im Winter angenehme Wärme. Leider hatten wir häufig Regen und konnten weder Garten nutzen, noch die nähere Umgebung erkunden. Dennoch hatten wir eine erholsame Woche. Das Haus können wir weiterempfehlen.

Ruhiges, gemütliches Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Örtchen in der Nähe von Garz (5km entfernt). Das Haus verfügt über einen wunderschönen gepflegten Garten, der allerdings nicht zu den angrenzenden Grundstücken abgegrenzt ist. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein und bietet viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief reibungslos. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus und können dieses weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub und Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Haus liegt 200m von der Boddenküste entfernt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und besitzt einen schönen großen gepflegten Garten mit Terrasse und Rasen. Es gibt zwei Fahrräder, die benutzt werden dürfen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (EDEKA) und Bäcker ist 5km entfernt und mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen. Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig in Wassernähe. Wer mal dem Trubel des Alltags entfliehen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Das Haus befindet sich in toller Lage, nahe an der Boddenküste, mit Wasserblick in Süden. Geräumige Wohnräume, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Parkplatz vorm Haus, schöner Garten, alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht.

Ruhiges, geplegtes und rüstikales Holzhaus
Ruhiges und sehr gepflegtes Holzhaus mit Obergeschoß zum Schlafbereichen mit Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten (harte Matrazen) in seperatem kleinen Schlafraum und großes schönes Bad. Das Wasser in beiden Waschbecken lief sehr schlecht ab (verstopft). - Schöner, gepflegter Gartenbereich. Heizen nur mit Allesbrenner (Holz vorhanden) im Erdgeschoß. Gute Internetanbindung, aber für uns kein Telefonnetz, weder mit E-plus noch mit O² verfügbar! Dies war ein richtiges Problem, da wir ein Batterieproblem mit unserem Auto hatten und Starthilfe benötigten, Ansonsten ein schöner Urlaubsort.
