The Cottage Bedroom, with two queen beds, offers 270 sq ft of direct waterfront access, a private patio and balcony, and a separate private outdoor entrance. For added convenience, the property includes a Queen Bedroom Water View with a private kitchen and family room, and another Queen Bedroom featuring a flatscreen TV, private kitchen, and family room, each 100 sq ft. Additionally, there is a 150 sq ft Queen Bedroom equipped with a washer and dryer. The Villa Bedroom stands out with its 400 sq ft space, accommodating eight queen beds, water views, a unique bed arrangement, a couch, Italian porcelain floors, and a private outdoor entrance.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
