"This property was just what we were looking for. We wanted a place to crash but not a hotel we had to share with others. Don't let the rustic look fool you. It was clean, had a good shower with plenty of hot water, and good heat for chilly nights. The internet was slow at times, but the owners were upfront with that in the listing, so it was not a surprise. Overall, we would stay again if we were in the area. "

"The cottage was great. We had some issues with finding it initially with our gps. It was dark and kept bringing us on the street behind the cottage and we couldn’t see it. My main problem was that I arrived quite sick and the main floor couch bed wasn’t comfortable. It would have been ok.if I wouldn’t have been so sick and 74 years old!!🙄"

"Katy, the host, was so nice and easy to work with. The cabin was perfect for my parents! They loved it and spoke of how everything is so clean. They loved the view and walking by the lake. She even accomodated them with their parking because they can't do a lot of stairs! They said it was the best trip they have ever had. Everything was so close and perfect. "

"We have stayed here before and I have tried several times to book before but it was all booked up. We had a great stay over Thanksgiving. My youngest remembered the cinnamon rolls and sure enough they were provided again. A yummy greeting. It's such a great spot really close to the landing. I will definitely stay here again. It's a favorite spot. And the owner also owns Dana's BBQ and we have eaten there before which is also great! Do recommend!"

"Our whole family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding in Branson. We had 11 adults and my grandbaby. It was such a beautiful property and the cottages were amazing. It had everything we needed and more. It is only 10 minutes to downtown Branson, but you wouldn’t have to leave this property. It had a pavilion with ping pong, volleyball, grills, a playground and more. The owners are close by and were so nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. "

I would recommend the property owner remove the dated shag carpet and put in some type of hardwood floors. Also, the couch and matching chair in the living room area is dated and appeared soiled.
