"We absolutely loved our stay. Our room had everything we needed. The staff was amazing, I can’t compliment them enough. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, and also enjoyed a few dinners as well (the Hokkaido top sirloin was top notch!!). If ever in Furano again, we will definitely be staying here!"

"The Furano Prince was a nice ski-in ski-out location, albeit a bit pricey. It is a bit isolated and while there is an evening shuttle to town which is great, you have about 1 hour to eat if you wish to take the shuttle home. You can get taxis once in town, but they are limited. The ski lockers are convenient and can store 2 sets of skis or boards. "The hotel caters to international guests; English was widely spoken (otherwise Google translate helps get the rest of the way). Nice facilities, clean room with an efficient use of space. Very close to the ski hill and ski lockers on the main floor. Considering the level of activity in the hotel, our room felt very quiet. Only suggestion is that the bathroom needs additional storage - extra shelves or hooks would be very helpful."

"his is a very enjoyable hotel to stay at when in this area. At first its remote location is a problem; but, once you get to the hotel it is a benefit. The staff is wonderful and the hot springs are great and very clean and relaxing to soak in. After we left to go to Sapporo, I discovered that I had left an old red jacket that is dear to me at the Starlight Hotel. "Very truly, Villa Fukuza is the coolest place I have ever stayed in. The “tent” is the most luxurious of glamping experiences, and the owners’ hospitality is the most welcoming in all of Japan. I highly recommend staying here and experiencing their beautiful sauna. A hidden gem in a most lovely setting!"

"The lobby and facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness of the room really stood out. The room was spacious, allowing plenty of space to move around, which made for a very comfortable stay. I slept well, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you’re renting a car, I highly recommend this place! High season with a affordable price as well "

"The hotel is right accross the gondola. Staff is super friendly and helpful. All of them speak excellent English. During peak ski season, be sure to reserve dinner at the hotel ahead of time."
