"My stay was comfortable. Host was a consistent communicator who notified me with notes about the space, like controlling the heat. When any issues arose, like someone coming out to check the boiler, i was informed it would affect the heat for a couple hours. Great place to stay. Only thing to note is the apartment is on the first floor; you do hear walking happening above. But it never affected my sleep."

"This apartment is clean, cozy, comfortable and nicely updated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. It was easy to communicate with the hosts, and it’s in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Metro North station. "

"The location of the property is very convenient for a visit to West Point. A lack of communication led to inconvenient moments at both our arrival (no door code was provided so we had to call the property manager when we arrived) and departure (water was shut off without notice an hour before check out time and I had to ask for a truck to be moved to be able to get my car out of the driveway.) Overall, the property met our needs for a short visit."

"Beautiful apartment with everything needed. The owners are very responsive and kind and quickly assisted when an appliance quit working. The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were loud and the parking is a little difficult since it was assigned away from the home. "

"Unit was centrally located in downtown White Plains but trying to deal with the owner/manager was awkward. The contacts were to a business office so contacts were different we called. No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? Why couldn't they have sent the info a day earlier so we had the required info to enter the unit. Overall, the unit was as described and clean. It would have been nice...

"I really wanted to give the host grace, and I didn't want to write a review cause I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say, but I don't want anyone else to be done the way I was, this property was disgusting and unsafe. The walls were dirty the, carpet was dirty, the inside of the fridge was dirty the door frame on the door looked like it was chewed up by a pit bull and the locking mechanism was flimsy all it takes is one little kick and the door is coming wide.
