The room was NOT cleaned there was hair on the bed and in the shower. Whomever was in the room before was smoking in there or was a spoker and laid on the bed because the bedding reaked of cigarette smoke.
Someone tried to get into my room but I had the night latch on the door. So again either they did not DEACTIVATE the previous card or it was a inhouse person. I gave all of my concerns to the front desk but they could not refund me because I booked through you guys. FURIOUS to say the least...
While I cannot speak on room quality or cleanliness or even how nice the area is around the hotel. What I can speak on is their communication and customer service skills, both of which sucked!!! Unfortunately, we had a medical emergency on our way to the hotel which required my 15 year old son to need surgery. I attempted to call the hotel multiple times to give them a heads up but I was constantly met with a busy signal (what is this 1990 and your parents can't afford call waiting?!). So my last attempt to reach out to them was on the messaging through expedia and have yet to receive communication back. Maybe the blessing in disguise is we didn't have to deal with this crappy place and their crappy customer service skills. 0/10 would not recommend to ANYONE!!!!!
