The holiday home Die 12 is one of two semi-detached houses 12/14, which can be booked individually or both for up to 21 people.
Here you are in the ideal starting point for skiers, hikers and cyclists.
Located in a quiet location in Garmisch, it offers all nature lovers the perfect starting point for extensive hiking tours or extensive cross-country skiing tours. The popular ski areas "Kreuzeck" and "Hausberg" are only a few minutes away by car, and the cross-country ski trail is also in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the "Hammersbacher Fußweg", which stretches to the beautiful Zugspitze village of Hammersbach. The holiday home enchants with a wonderful view of the Zugspitze, Alpspitze and Wank. In about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the pedestrian zone of Garmisch with many restaurants and shops.
The holiday home is ideal for families and friends of up to 10 people.
Our holiday home is spread over 4 floors with 4 bedrooms (4 double beds and a sofa bed), sauna, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker, coffee machine, wine fridge, cozy living room, terrace with barbecue and two balconies.
The large window fronts ensure a bright and friendly atmosphere and offer a fantastic view of the mountain range.
There is a parking space for your car on the property.
Your pets are welcome and can be brought along on holiday to complete the holiday fun.
