"The property is quite large and the general atmosphere pleasant. It has several facilties including a pool. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the room, which is the most important thing was very disappointing due to a very strong moldy smell. I confirmed that there was mold on the sofa chairs. I pointed out the smell but was told it's just the refresher. As a result I had a pretty miserable night. For a $100 room this is unacceptable. While the view at the back of the property is really nice (river and mountains), the view out of the window was a construction site. Finally, the location on the map was very misleading. The property is not actually in Ramnagar, but about a 45 min drive from there. The road there is very narrow with only one lane in most places and quite rough since parts are under construction. "

"Really enjoyed staying there. Whole staff was very friendly. Liked the folk music during high tea. Enjoyed playing in the swimming pool with kids and other sports like table tennis, carrom, chess. Cafeteria was also very good. Located on the bank of the river which had less water, so in the evening we could sit on the river stones and wash our feet in flowing water. All in all it was a great experience. "
