"Good except for as a foreign traveller, my phone sim would not connect, despite being on a EU travel plan with promised minutes! But this hotel won’t allow you to use or even pay to use their hotel phone, which as a single travelling mum, made things a lot more difficult. "

"Disappointed in not getting the room we booked The sinks were blocked and the smoke alarm was dismantled . The staff were excellent and sorted this but it should have been checked before hand"

Perfect every time

"I have now stayed at this hotel 8 times. Can’t beat it. Can’t say I love the industrial feel to some decor but that’s not important. Speedy efficient check in after short walk from airport. Room is spacious, bed very comfortable, large shower is excellent. The advantage of the small kitchen facilities in the room are a great benefit. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else at Toulouse airport. It’s always a perfect hotel experience. "
