Deixou muito a desejar!

Hotel estava com um problema na caldeira e o por isso um cheiro muito forte de lenha e fumaça. Não era possível ficar com os olhos abertos na academia! Fomos literalmente defumados. No quarto, o lençol debaixo curto. Ao deitar, o colchão já ficava descoberto. A cama de casal, era 2 de solteiros juntas. No café da manhã, os pães pareciam velhos pq estavam ressecados e mais endurecidos. Acesso difícil, mas vista maravilhosa.

O hotel é muito bom, com uma vista magnífica da cidade. O atendimento é excelente, além de piscina bem grande aquecida. O café da manhã foi muito bom, com diversas opções.

Chegamos antes do horário do check in, mas eles liberaram o quarto. Quarto bom e com decoração moderna, possui cortina blackout eficiente e cama queen com edredom e uma colcha, mas apenas dois travesseiros. O hotel tem em cada andar um microondas e ferro de passar roupas, possui também piscina aquecida. O estacionamento é descoberto, sem manobrista e sem custo. O café da manhã tem uma variedade muito grande, inclusive de produtos locais, mas pecou nos ovos mexidos. Muito ruim, tinha aparência de crus. O hotel estava em sua lotação máxima, mas mesmo assim os funcionários conseguiam ser atenciosos e rápidos na liberação das mesas. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom, pedimos sopa de capeletti numa noite e dividimos em duas pessoas. Em outra noite não tinha a opção a la carte, apenas o buffet livre, com boas opções e preço justo, R$ 69,00, mas isso limita muito, pois caso não queira o que tem disponível no buffet não tem outra opção. A internet é péssima, não é possível acessar redes sociais. Outro ponto a melhorar urgentemente é o frigobar, aliás parece mais uma adega. Não gela absolutamente nada, as bebidas ficam em temperatura ambiente.

Precisei trocar de apto em razão da cama casal por duas de solteiro, a recepcionista disse que os aptos eram iguais, quando cheguei ao apto. não tinha miniba, o check in foi demorado e minha irmã chegou um dia depois e foi recepcionada com uma taça de espumante e no seu apto tinha minibar. Então questionei pq o meu não tinha, e disseram que estavam substituindo os mesmos e que seria colocado no meu apto. Quando voltei do passeio verifiquei que não funcionava, novamente comuniquei a recepção, disse que só no dia seguinte o funcionário da manutenção arrumaria, resumo na última diária foi solucionado.
