"This place has absolutely beautiful views! The kitchen is very well stocked, but does have a lot of expired condiments in the fridge, luckily we brought our own. The beds are comfortable as well. The hot tub seems new, but doesn’t maintain temperature. Each time we got in, the temperature would drop. After less than 30 minutes of use, it would be at 98 degrees. Something that needs to be addressed, we thought maybe it was on an energy saving mode. The kitchen had some ants, luckily bait was...

"This place was decent for the price. The kitchen was well stocked and my family enjoyed playing pool and sitting in the sauna when we werent touring the beach or downtown. It was fully fenced and safe for my doggo. The only downfall was no air conditioning and thin walls/curtains separate the sleeping areas. Very nostalgic and cozy. "

"This place was really great for the four of us. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and there were woods and wildlife all around - frogs in the wetlands, hummingbirds, jays, and a Great Blue Heron hunting the wetland area. The house was very clean and well-supplied for cooking, doing laundry and living. The fire pit in the backyard was a big plus! The property owner is gracious and friendly. We loved it! Only wish it was closer to the beach, but that’s not major."

The only complaints I have are that the weight limit for the dogs should be in much larger print so that it is very clear in the description. Also, my son is highly allergic to peanuts and there is a peanut machine in the living room. I suggest that be removed."

Took awhile to figure out how to work the heat as it was a very cold when we arrived, quite a bit of debris located under the carport which included nails, not really a safe space for dog to potty. Appears that the rates have increased as document at the property shows a lower price. Overall we were happy with the stay. "
