This delightful lemon garden is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Gargnano and only about 100m from the small beach of San Giacomo and 500m from the beach "Fontanelle" away. The quiet and beautiful location, the typical lemon garden surrounding the limonaia, and the fantastic views of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo plan a unique vacation. In a few minutes you reach the center of Gargnano, where the shops, restaurants, pizzerias and pharmacy are. The Limonaia has a private garden, parking lot, kitchen (4 hotplates) with German coffee machine, shower / WC, satellite TV, and a swimming pool that is shared with other local residents.

Typology: three-room apartment for 2-6 people:
Ground floor: living room with fireplace and double bed Couche, kitchen with dining area, and furnished garden.
First floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and bathroom

Typisches Haus in sehr guter Lage
Ein typisches Haus in guter, ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf den See und nur wenigen Minuten zum Steg. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, für längere Aufenthalte wäre eine Waschmaschine wünschenswert. Besonders angenehm ist der Blick von Terasse und Garten auf den See. Ins Dorf braucht man ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß, dort bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf, mittwochs gibt es auch einen Markt. Die Berge laden zu Wandertouren ein, die gut ausgezeichnet sind.
