"Chiara called us before arrival to see what time we thought we would be arriving and that we would need a car due to the remoteness however once you work the bus times out , you can make do without a car plus Lidl is a 20 minute walk although there is a free shuttle bus 3 times a day (morning) and it is a fantastic Lidl.....much nicer food variety than here in the UK. Chaira is really nice, helpful and you can text her as and when. There was a storm when we arrived so our very first impression...

"Villa Rochelle is simply wonderful. The villa has everything you need and over many levels which lead into the many bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make your morning coffee or a pasta dish with ingredients from the nearby shops. The deli in town is called Bignotti and has everything from wine to cheese to meats. All bedrooms are well equipped and the top two bedrooms have aircon. The other bedrooms have fans. Amazing Boutique Hotel

"Amazing staff. It is a beautiful unique boutique hotel with an amazing morning view in a beautiful location. Desenzano is a bit less lively than some other Lakeside towns but the hotel is amazing. Will definitely stay here if we are ever back in Desenzano."

Lovely hotel in a great location on Lake Garda.

"Lovely hotel in a great location on the shores of Lake Garda. We had a comfortable two-night stay here with our toddler, and enjoyed the location and excellent breakfast. The bar is especially excellent at this hotel - not only is the range of drinks huge and varied (there's even a range of local beers, not just Heineken), but it's very reasonably priced. Quality hotel, I recommend it!"

Spa retreat

"Lefay is a stunning resort with picturesque views. The rooms are gorgeous as is the outdoor pool. The only downside is the hotel is on the top of the mountain so it is a little airy to drive up and down and takes nearly 20 mins to get down. If you are looking for a beautiful spa to just relax, it is just perfect."
