Located 15 km from Bergerac, this modern and bright cottage invites you to a quiet vacation in the Dordogne.



Through a large south-facing French door you can access a spacious terrace and further to the private pool. For your outdoor meals, there is of course a barbecue at your disposal. The two double bedrooms are each equipped with a TV and offer plenty of closet space. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a double sofa bed in the open living room. The large bathroom is equipped with two sinks. Next door is a separate toilet.



You can easily reach the most beautiful sights of the region from here, such as Monbazillac and its wine region (15 km) or the charming village of Eymet (24 km). You share the spacious and enclosed property with the landlord. He lives on site himself and takes daily care of his sheep and donkeys, which graze the adjacent and fenced meadows. Guests are welcome to visit the animals and feed them. There is another cottage on the property or next to the landlord's home - but your privacy is guaranteed.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
