Very simple apartment of about 80 sqm with fenced outdoor garden 2 steps from the Vittoriale and the beach.
Small but very nice apartment, perfect for families convenient to all amenities.
Living area with living room, kitchen with dishwasher, double bedroom, bedroom with single bed that can turn into a double bed, bathroom with fine green marble.
The location of the property boasts proximity to all amenities; the lakeside promenade of Gardone Riviera is about 800 meters; here you can take the ferry and go shopping.
In 5 minutes you can also visit the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the museum of the divine infant, the botanical garden.
The property includes a large parking space for 2 cars.
The period of time to check in is between 16.00 and 19.00: if you expect later arrival please notify the check in assistant reference and make an extra payment of € 35 for the service.
