"Chiara called us before arrival to see what time we thought we would be arriving and that we would need a car due to the remoteness however once you work the bus times out , you can make do without a car plus Lidl is a 20 minute walk although there is a free shuttle bus 3 times a day (morning) and it is a fantastic Lidl.....much nicer food variety than here in the UK. Chaira is really nice, helpful and you can text her as and when. There was a storm when we arrived so our very first impression...

"The apartment is clean, well located and easy to access with free parking. The host was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and waited for us as we got stuck in traffic. The only thing I didn’t care for was asking for an additional cash payment at check in for “sheets and towels” which the host said were not included. This is incredibly strange, I have never experienced something like this, so be aware. Despite this, I would still recommend this apartment. "

"Very clean and nicely run hotel! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Enjoyed the outside beach area and thermal pool on our first day, second day the weather was cool and windy day so the thermal pool was not warm enough. However we chose to spend that day touring Sirmione. It’s very walkable from the hotel. "

Spa retreat

"Lefay is a stunning resort with picturesque views. The rooms are gorgeous as is the outdoor pool. The only downside is the hotel is on the top of the mountain so it is a little airy to drive up and down and takes nearly 20 mins to get down. If you are looking for a beautiful spa to just relax, it is just perfect."
