Brand new, modern property just completed for the 2016 season. Ideally suited for couples or small family. One queen bed, with queen bed sofa pullout and one complete bath. One block for Yellowstone National Park. All Yellowstone activites can be booked or accessed are with in a 3 block radius. Restaurants, fishing, rafting.... we are centrally located for all your Yellowstone adventure needs.

A complimentary bottle of wine awaits you when you make it to the house. Makes a nice end to a long travel day.

As you can see from the many reviews that we provide everything you need for a positive Yellowstone experience. So dont be concerned that there are no reviews..our record is 5 star positive and this property is no exception.

Don't fight the huge bus loads of travelers at the hotels, long check ins, long luggage carry and noise up and down the hotel halls!! Come where you can relax.

Please be aware that the property will be open and cancellation will apply, regardless of whether the park is open. The only instances when that is not the case is if Gardiner is not accessible by Hwy 89 from Livingston and from the park at the same time.

Location of the property right outside the north entrance to Yellowstone was great. Property was perfect for couple. The bottle of wine after a long day in the park was much appreciated.

Wonderful place with everything you need, just steps away from the entrance to Yellowstone

Hard to beat the location of this one - you can see Yellowstone NP out the window and takes about 10 minutes to be in Mammoth Hot Springs

A little gem outside Yellowstone
If you’re looking to stay right outside the park in Gardiner, it doesn’t get any better than this! Being able to look right into Yellowstone and having mountain views all around was amazing. The place itself was clean and comfortable, and the amenities offered were more than sufficient for a great stay. We will definitely be looking to book here again whenever we’re back!

The house was very cozy and well decorated. Kim the owner was very flexible with our dates due to COVID concerns in 2020. We highly recommend staying here. We will be back soon.

Gardner small home
Nice location. Close to restaurants. Easy to rent. Includes most everything needed for few nights stay. A little noisy in early morning with a few noisy trucks on road outside and service vehicles going up and down road to service the hotels nearby. Overall pleased with our choice of lodging.

Great location in Gardiner
This property is in a great spot for shopping and eating in Gardiner and is very close to YNP entrance. The bed is super comfortable and everything in the apartment is functional. A little sparse on amenities and the place could use a thorough cleaning. It works for a few nights stay without a hassle.

We enjoyed our stay at this darling little house. The location was perfect for our visits to Yellowstone. We walked to dinner every night. The home was very clean and well appointed. The owners checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Kim for taking care of us.

Little house has everything you need except a washer. There is a laundromat around the corner and the person who runs it is extremely helpful. Great food at Wonderland which is across the road from the laundromat. Kim kindly left us a bottle of wine. Good location for doing the top half of Yellowstone.

Great place in Gardiner
Great little place in Gardiner. Right outside of Yellowstone National Park entrance. Loved the location to the shopping and restaurants around town. Could walk to everything. Place was just like it says. Very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Kim was quick to respond to any needs. Definitely would stay here again. Especially if we come back to Yellowstone. Great place in a great little town.

Great location to Yellowstone
We had a very nice stay and loved the convenient location to the Yellowstone Park entrance. The unit was well equipped, the bed comfortable, water pressure and temperature in the shower very good. I did not like the floor in the shower as it had rounded stones inlaid into the floor. I have pansy feet and I would have worn sandals if I brought them. Unit was quite clean liked the large fridge. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute house, very close to North entrance to Yellowstone.
We really liked the property/small house. 3 small problems—- 1. the house was NOT located at the address provided, but on the adjacent street behind the address I was given. 2. The owner contacted me at least 3 times providing the code to enter the house same each time), but when we arrived the provided code did not work. Took me some time, but I found his co tact number, and he did answer right away, and gave me the right code. 3. The parking space in front of the house (and the street, too) was deeply rutted. I was glad I had a large 4WD vehicle, because may have damaged the undercarriage of a small vehicle. We were about 4 blocks from the park entrance, walking distance the several restaurants. We really liked Wonderland Cafe. Despite the listed problems, I would return here and recommend the property, but for no more than 2 people.
