"This property has preserved as much of its history as possible. The rooms are cozy with all the necessary amenities like individual thermostat, tv, and refrigerator. Bath robes are available in the closet. There is entertainment each night. We listened to a pianist and guitarist as well as a historian. The complimentary wine and cheese flowed throughout the 1.5 hours each night. There are receptionists and valet attendants at your request. The breakfast was simple and served to you by their special staff. Coffee is available around the clock. We have stayed at The Marshall House several times. Never disappointed. "

"Lived this hotel, the room and everything in it was brand new. Big bathroom, ample Storage and closet space, hangers for clothes by the door, once inside the room outside sound was cut off. The beds were very comfortable and amenities were appreciated. Loved staying here with 2 kids. - Very well furnished rooms and clean. - used the gym every day of our stay. - Breakfast was limited though. - very well located , walking distance from historic district. Safe neighborhood and available free strest parking options available. - staff was very friendly "
