"My husband and my little dog, as well as myself enjoyed our month-long stay. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was nice, & had everything we needed( except a cutting board) to make our meals. Our Shihtzo enjoyed the fenced in back yard to watch the squirrels. The living room was a good size. The one recliner wasn’t very comfortable ( I seemed to sink into a hollow area in the middle, but I just put a blanket on it to make it more comfortable.) The golfcart was so fun! The short ride to the beach...

"Property is GREAT! The overall layout was perfect for us. Backyard entertainment area was awesome and well done!!! Golf cart and elevator were SO helpful with a family member needing a little help after two knee replacements. The water pressure was not great but…. You’re at the beach so…. Certainly not a big deal breaker, That was really the only thing that could use some tweaking. We would not hesitate to book this property again!! 10/10 recommend. "

"The owner of the home was very responsive and replied fast every time we had a question. He was excellent at being attentive and easy to work with. We had trouble getting in the lower door and he helped get us in right away. The house had a nice ping pong and shuffleboard table which was helpful with the rain we experienced our week. Plenty of space for our party of 9, good size house. "

"The property was clean, cheerful and spacious. Owners clearly gave thought to what their guests would need from well stocked kitchen, laundry supplies and ample storage options. Owners were exceptional! I expect we will book with them again in the near future. Highly recommend. "

"Loved the location you can tell its new! Beautiful house with lots of great kitchen appliances. Having the pool was great to swim at night and the privacy fence was also a great touch. Having access to the garage was great for the bikes but would also be great for nice cars or anything you needed to store in there. Only suggestions I would say would put a full-length mirror somewhere in the house even a cheap one behind a door. Also, the couch was amazing but with the thin comforters some throws...

"We came to the MB area for a weeklong baseball tournament. We needed enough room for the 5 of us, the ability to do laundry and make meals. This was perfect. Anything we needed, was taken care of. Quick communication from the property management company. The one thing we will note is that this its the second story unit, which was not originally posted in the listing on VRBO. If you do not wanna carry stuff up stairs, be mindful of that. Location was super nice, updated and clean. Area was also...

"The property was well kept, overall. The boards were loose on outside stairs and owner said they were going to be replaced. In the meantime we had to be careful which steps we stepped on.The beds slept well. Most of the furniture was worn but it sufficed. The TV’s on the first level didn’t work."

"Overall this property and stay experience was great. The property was in a nice area. The beach area was not crowded and access right to the beach from the property. The house was in great condition. Plenty of room, towels, and nice view of the beach. Had a slight matter with appliance, but maintenance came out and fixed the matter (on a Saturday evening). Everyone in the party enjoyed their stay here. We definitely want to come back again."

"House was big enough for our family with a few extra beds available. The house is split into two living spaces with a separate living room and kitchen down stairs with two bedrooms. We didn’t end up using that space other than the rooms but I can see how that would be nice for some families. The bedrooms were all big and nice touch having separate bathrooms for extra privacy. "The property we stay at was newly remodeled and so cute. It was in a good location from the pools and the beach. Perfect size for my family of eight. The communication with the host was very good he was always available and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Would definitely book this property again!"
