"This house was great in every way! It was spotless upon check in and was easy to maintain. Even though there was some inclement weather the week before in the area, the property manager called us to let us know everything was ok with the house and pool. We really appreciated her going out of her way to let us know this! The house really is a short walk to the beach, however we drove as grandpa and grandma needed to rest their feet. "Beautiful home, well equipped for every thing you might need.Beds were comfortable, ,set up was perfect for our family. Separate apartment downstairs worked out perfect for our family with four year old. My only complaint was that they had two golf carts for your use, but only one beach pass… what were you to do when the second golf cart wanted to get to beach? You had no pass to get thru gate. We ended up purchasing an additional pass for thirty bucks, but I thought considering you have two...

"Great stay for a girls trip! Lots of beds and baths. Each room had full length mirrors making it easy for a group of girls to get ready. House is very clean!"

"The property was in a great location. Great access to the beach. The property is just very outdated and not the cleanest. The porch furniture was rusted and broken, a few bugs were inside, and it smelled when we arrived. Overall it was not terrible, but we do not think we will stay at this property again."

"Plenty of room for 8 seniors. Lots of stairs getting into the property and to the 2nd level. So if you have a hard time doing stairs this property is not for you. We all managed them okay."

"Just steps from the sand was perfect four our family with a toddler and baby. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the necessities needed. The beach chairs and toys were an additional bonus to keep from having to take up room in the car to bring. The vacation was wonderful! We will rent this house again!"
