Away from the busy summer traffic, this Garden City vacation home is tucked in at the end of a private road with a large yard and plenty of deck and balcony space overlooking the Bear Lake Golf Course for family gatherings, events, or just a vacation getaway. Watch for deer and moose, as wildlife frequently passes by.

Beautiful cabin with lots of beds!
Bedrooms were pretty basic with no closet or storage, but it worked out great to have enough beds for 3 families to share the cabin to attend a family reunion at Bear Lake. Beautiful lake and scenery!

Looked clean at first glance but, the dishes we used were dirty when we pulled them out of the cupboards. The king beds were terrible! The master bedroom was hot. The air conditioner didn't work very well on the main floor. Multiple screens from the windows were missing.

Room for all our Family.
We loved the location. The parking was great -it had room for us all. The amount of beds was great for our extended family. A couple of improvements would make it even better. The internet is pretty bad, It would be nice to have some instructions how to get the air conditioner to work better. It was set at 76 and it was hot days in Bear Lake. We tried to lower it to the recommended temp. but couldn't get it to stay set. Some instructions for t.v. use would be helpful. I think with the internet being so terrible it made it hard to use the t.v. We just wanted a couple of movies at night for the kids. For those 2 reasons I rate it a 4. We really enjoyed our stay .

Amazing view. Lots of space to sites out
The home was beautiful and comfortable. There was plenty of rooms and beds for a big family. The home was clean. We let the management company know that the dishwasher wasn't working and that we had to turn the water and the water heater on upon our arrival. (Good thing we knew how) There is no wifi which we knew when e rented the property. There are 3 TV but only 1 DVD player so really only 1 TV to watch. Which is fine we brought a lot of games and enjoyed family time without TV. I wasn't impressed with the management company at all. They responded 2 days later and did not address my question. Fortunately it wasn't urgent.

Overall this home worked great for our family. However we had many issues with cleanliness and broken things at the home. Vacasa needs to pay more attention to these details which we have shared with them.

Property needs to do better in cleaning. Lot of dust in the cabin. The toilet in the master bath was leaking. Could not get someone to come and look at it so we just put a pot under toilet to prevent further damage to property. The bedding looked like old and wasn't cleaned properly. The bathtub in the bottom floor was really dirty and looked like it wasn't cleaned. The property was okay but will not go back to the same cabin.

Great Cabin

Spacious, Clean, Private
We had a great time at Golfer's Paradise. Clean, spacious, and great location. We especially liked that it was at the end of a road with no traffic. It made it feel a little more private and we didn't have to worry about our kids going outside to play.

Nice place but some problems
This house is very roomy with plenty of sleeping areas. It was nice having the golf course right behind the house. The two main issues we had with this house were (1) the air conditioning did not work and (2) there was no internet. It has what looks like a great video setup and sound system but it did not work either. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Family Reunion
Beautiful location at end of drive. Lots of yard to play baseball , vball, badminton. Beds were perfect for us. AC only runs on top floor so fans are definitely needed to stay cool. We had a large group so we only wished there had been bigger pans to fry on, but other than that everything was perfect 👍🏼

I really liked this house.
We liked this place but the lack of wifi was a let down the couches and beds(besides the single beds) were really comfortable. It has a nice view of the golf course along with a very nice atmosphere inside the house.

Very Nice!
We had a large group of 24 including 7 couples and children ranging from newborn to 12 yrs old. We loved the private bedrooms, the main room/kitchen and the neighborhood setting at the edge of the golf course. Parking was easy and sufficient for 6 vehicles.
