Come relax and enjoy stunning views of Bear Lake at The Look Out. When you book with us you'll enjoy Ideal Beach amenities which include: beach access, pools, hot tubs, playground areas, sports courts and large green open space for all members of the family to enjoy. The Look Out has a spacious interior. You'll be able to enjoy each others company in the large kitchen, dining, & living room area. There are 3 smart televisions located in the 2 living rooms & loft area.

This stunning nightly rental property is the ideal family-friendly cabin getaway, offering all the amenities and space needed for a memorable and relaxing vacation. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 modern bathrooms, along with 2 separate living room areas, and a loft or open bunkroom with extra beds this rental property can easily accommodate up to 20 guests, making it perfect for families with children or groups of friends.

As you enter the rental, you'll immediately feel at home with its warm and inviting ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen and formal dining area provide ample space for family meals, while the comfortable seating areas and large flat-screen TVs in the two separate living rooms are perfect for family movie nights.

At times one master bedroom isn’t enough. In addition to the main level master bedroom we have an upstairs master en suite with access to the deck.

The cabin-like features, such as the patio and upper deck areas, and large windows, allow plenty of natural light and provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape, creating a truly unique and memorable vacation experience for the whole family.

Do you enjoy a good barbecue? Our cabin comes with a Camp Chef Wood Pellet Smoker for you to bring all the meats needed to prepare a family meal that everyone will enjoy. Pellets included for the smoker is another plus you’ll receive when renting with us.

The location of the property, close to the Sweet Water Golf Course and with access to Ideal Beach amenities, provides endless opportunities for outdoor family fun. Children will love exploring the nearby nature and wildlife, including spotting deer, elk, and moose that often walk by the cabin.

Breathtaking views!
The pictures for this property do not do it enough justice! The views are amazing! We had 4 adults and 12 children and this space was perfect for all of us, we even had a couple extra beds. The kitchen had so many amenities that we were able to cook all meals in the spacious area. We were able to go to the lake and use the beach towels provided. I probably spent most of my time on the upper deck, sooo incredibly relaxing! Hosts were so kind and helpful too! I really can’t say enough about this place… 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Incredible Vacation House
We LOVED this property. It was spotless upon our arrival. It felt like we were the first family to enjoy this modern, spacious and beautifully appointed house. Honestly, the pictures and descriptions don’t do it justice. It is hands down the best rental property we’ve stayed in…..by far!!! We can’t wait to have the opportunity to return. There was not one time we wished for something and it wasn’t there. Two large bedrooms with en-Suites, private decks and views to die for. 4 private bedrooms plus the fabulous kid’s suite! Two family rooms! Large laundry room with brand new appliance sets. Large locker room. 5 total bathrooms! Every kitchen gadget and appliance you’d need. A kitchen island that sits 8+, a large dining room that sits 12. Two outdoor picnic tables. The house provided everything we needed in a beautiful and relaxing setting. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. There was so much closet storage. The bathrooms were so nice and clean. They provided us with access to a club/activity/beach resort at the bottom of the hill and right on the lake. The hosts gave us the best local salsa and chips when we arrived. They always quickly returned our messages anytime we had a question even prior to our arrival. We traveled with a boat and side by side, we had bikes and kayaks. There is abundant parking and room for anything you’d like to bring, with a large circular driveway. Can’t wait to come back!
