Exceptional Experience
We were looking for a quiet few days away. This was just what we hoped it would be. Convenient, Quiet, Clean and all the comforts we needed. Shawn set the stage early in the process with outstanding communication and the way he welcomed us to their property. We are already planning a return trip.

We could not have been happier with this condo! It was large, clean, comfortable, and the view from the balconies is amazing! We were all sad to leave when the week was over. It’s a great spot for a Bear Lake getaway!

Access to the tennis courts were wonderful. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Kitchen had plenty of plates, cups and silverware. The view was spectacular!!!! Drinking our morning coffee on the comfy chairs outside made each day. The ice machine in the freezer kept up with our evening drinks.

Early Spring Getaway
We stayed at this cozy and comfortable place during our skiing trip to Beaver Mountain. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, clean and cozy. Shawn is an excellent host. We didn’t have any problems during our stay but had couple of questions. He responded immediately. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

This is a fabulous condo that is stocked well and has been well taken care of. We appreciated the extra touches of snacks and other things that may have been needed. Great location and access to the pool/hot tub, which is awesome! Would have appreciated a code to unlock the front door instead of the ring doorbell approach, but overall the owner made it work for us. We would rent from him again.

Worth a visit!
My wife and I and three kids with spouses and two grandkids stayed for three nights. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location and great views of the lake. Sunrises were amazing to watch. Great to have access to pool and jacuzzi at Harbor Village. Grandkids loved that. Close to marina and town. Well stocked with what needed and rooms/beds all clean and well decorated. Two sink fixtures in bathrooms need updated as top comes off when using but believe that is in the works. Few chips in paint here and there but I would stay there again. Just throwing that in as nothing is ever100% perfect and honestly to me not a big deal at all as so minor but I do believe you need to tell it how it is. Host was great and very responsive. I don’t think anyone that is not high maintenance would be disappointed staying here and I would highly recommend it!
