"A staff member from the property contacted me via cell phone 24 hours prior to our check-in to notify us that our reservation was cancelled (reason will keep private per HIPAA) and that we'd receive a full refund. After multiple voicemail and email messages to the property, the only response from them was to Expedia Customer Service denying any form of refund.
