"After a week on the GR10 I spent another week with our family of 4 at this nicely appointed property during summer 2021. This unique house is a magnificently renovated mill sitting on top of a small creek located on a quiet lane in the small village of Lees-Athas. The lane has an aire (a rest area with water) on it with benches that overlook the village and the creek. Incredibly peaceful with very nice neighbors should one be interested in chatting with locals. The house is very well appointed....

"Se trata de una casa de pueblo bien situada, consta de planta baja (garaje, patio, WC) primero (cocina, galeria, comedor y 1 dormitorio) y segundo piso (2 dormitorios, ducha y lavabo, wc). Recibe luz natural por la fachada principal y por la trasera. Las ventanas ajustan bien. Suelos de madera (en algunas de las estancias) recién encerados). "Un grand merci à Jean François et Michel pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité. Toujours prêts à rendre service et de très bons conseils pour les activités aux alentours. Le gîte correspond au descriptif. au gîte vert, seul petit inconvénient est la proximité avec le gîte jaune même si la cohabitation s est très bien passée avec nos voisins. Gite très agréable en pleine nature entouré de nombreux animaux. jaune même si la cohabitation a bien fonctionné."

"Quatrième séjour dans le Pyrénées. A chaque fois dans des vallées différentes. Et pour la vue et la rando Lescun est un incontournable. Très belle location, des matériaux de qualité et tout ce qu'il faut pour le confort. Et la vue... a couper le souffle. Un peu difficile de faire avaler aux enfants que le wifi n'est pas hyper performant et la télévision plus ou moins décorative 😉 mais ils ont vite adopté les soirées lectures et jeux de société."

"The property was spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with new, high spec appliances and loads of pots, pans, gadgets and crockery. Living and dining area was good for up to 8 adults max. Bedrooms in the basement were adequate but poorly ventilated with no windows. Location in village was great with stunning views from parking area which doubled as terrace and eating area shared with 2 other properties so outdoor eating wasn't very practical and so very disappointing for a summer holiday....

"We stated at the apartment when the Tour de France was going through in July 2023. My husband and I loved the location and the area. We had never been to the area and were from the United States, so it was important for us to have an apartment with linens and towels provided. We enjoyed our stay in the mountains! The only downside was the lack of wifi, but I think that is common for most apartments in the mountain area. There was a tourism office with free wifi in the building nearby."

"Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each evening we dined here. Lots of relaxation areas available. A very relaxed, comfortable property. Look forward to the possibility of staying here again in the future."
