Nice apartment with great location
We spent five days in this apartment and we had a wonderful time! The apartment is located in a very quiet area, but still very close to the main road. It is easily accessable by car and the beautiful town center by the lake is just a short walk away. We found the apartment very well equipped and enjoyed the the nice patio. The pool was very clean with nice space around it. Check in and check out went very smooth and the host was easy to reach by both phone and whatsapp. However, some things could be improved. It should be made clear in the description and the pictures that the bedrooms are literally located in the basement which is only accessible by a narrow wooden staircase (which didn't feel very stable to be honest). Even though the daylight reaches the rooms, the basement felt a bit cramped. Also, the bunk beds were a bit noisy and they could be improved. Finally, air conditioning would be a great improvement and there should be a fire alarm. The above mentioned aside, this is a great apartment and a perfect place to stay when visiting Garda and the surrounding areas. We would happily stay here again if we visit Garda in the future.

Wunderbar!
Top! Wir persönlich waren, neben allem anderen, sehr angetan von den Schlafzimmern im Souterrain. Auch an sehr wärmen Tagen und Nächten ist somit ein erholsamer Schlaf gegeben. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Land, Leute und Unterkunft einfach herrlich.

Kurzurlaub in Garda
Wir haben 7 erholsame Tage am schönen Gardasee erlebt. Neben Wanderung auf dem Monte Baldo waren auch Besuche in den naheliegenden Städten eingeplant. Eine Schifffahrt nach Salo war sehr interessant und gab uns Einblicke in die Historie der Stadt. Wir lieben das italienische Flair und auch bei diesem Besuch in Garda waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserer FeWo und dem Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter.

In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung auch wieder buchen. Von den Eigentümern hatten wir per Mail eine exakte Wegbeschreibung zu der Wohnung erhalten und das hat damit super geklappt.

Tolle Wohnung für Familien
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in einer Wohnung, die super geeignet ist für Familien. Wir konnten kostenfrei ein Babyreisebett mit Schaumstoffmatratze dazu bekommen. Küchenausstattung ist reichlich vorhanden. Man kann ohne Probleme für 4 Personen kochen. Der große sonnige Balkon bietet Platz für alle zum gemütlichen Essen, ebenso der Esstisch. Bei Fragen während des Aufenthalts bekamen wir schnell per WhatsApp eine Antwort der Vermieter. Wir konnten schon früher als die offizielle Check-in-Zeit die Wohnung beziehen, da sie bereits gegen Mittag gereinigt war. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit am Gardasee!

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Wie diverse andere Gäste schon geschrieben haben, ist die Wohnung prima ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Man kann sich dort wohlfühlen und prima auf dem hübschen Balkon im Grünen frühstücken etc. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und beantwortet freundlich alle Fragen. Eine gute Adresse!

Schade!
Leider haben wir weder den Vermieter angetroffen, noch war die Unterkunft sauber. Überall Spinnweben, Haare am Boden, sowie Haare auf den Betten. Usw. Die Schlüsselübergabe,hat bei Ankunft mit einer italienisch sprechenden Frau stattgefunden. Die Übergabe bei der Abreise, war besonders schön, da keiner kam...und auch keine Infos was zu tun ist. Auf die Frage, wann denn jemand kommen würde, hieß es wir sollen den Schlüssel an einem bestimmten Ort ablegen. Wir sind begeisterte Gardasee Urlauber, und nehmen ganz bestimmt nicht jede Kleinigkeit ernst. Aber das war ein riesen Reinfall.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Garda
Die Wohnung liegt in einer gepflegten ruhigen Anlage mit einem sehr schönen großen Pool. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war gut. In der Wohnung war alles notwendige für einen erholsamen Urlaub vorhanden. In der näheren Umgebung sind zahlreiche schöne Lokale vorhanden. Wegen der diesjährigen extremen Temperaturen, fehlte leider eine Klimaanlage. Da die Schlafräume im Keller sind, war es aber Okay. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen

Schöner erster Urlaub mit Kindern
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen ersten Familienurlaub mit unseren zwei Kindern (2J. und 10Monate). Lage ist etwas oben gelegen, sodass man den Gardasee von dem Balkon sehen konnte. Wohnung ist ca. 15min zu Fuß von der Promenade entfernt. Somit etwas ruhig gelegen und trotzdem kann man beim Frühstücken den See sehen. Der dazugehörige Pool war keine 50m von der Wohnung entfernt. Unser Vermieter Harald hat sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert. Kinderbetten sind vorhanden und ein kleines Bett für unsere Jüngste wurde auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir können diese Wohnung bestens empfehlen.

Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung sind hervorragend. Wir haben jeden Abend den Pool genossen. Die Schlafräume im Untergeschoss ermöglichen auch bei heißen Temperaturen erholsame Nächte. Für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge liegt in der Wohnung eine sehr nett gemachte Mappe mit persönlichen Tipps. - Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt von Anfang an genossen! Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Wir wurden bei Ankunft schon erwartet. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit dem großen Kühl-Gefrierschrank bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben prima in den bequemen Betten im Untergeschoss geschlafen. Da war es dann auch angenehm kühl. Sowohl tolle Lokale, als auch die Innenstadt von Garda sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die größte Freude hatten unserer Kinder an dem großen Pool! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Top Lage
Ich war mit meinen beiden Jungs ( 10 und 13) für eine Woche in der Wohnung auf Urlaub. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und vor allem immer zeitnah. Die Vorteile der Wohnung für mich waren: - Top Ausgestattete Wohnung / Küche - toller, großer sauberer Pool, nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung - ruhige Lage - gepflegte Anlage - nur ca 15 Gehminuten zur Promenade - Haltestelle für den Garda Shuttlebus in ca 150 m - ein großer Supermarkt ca 1,5 km entfernt - nur 500 m zum Freizeitbad in Garda Tipp für Familien mit Kids: -Caneva Aquapark in Lazise -Rutschenbad Riovalli in Cavaion Veronese Schönen Urlaub an alle kommenden Gäste und Danke an Harald & Barbara

Rundumsorglosurlaub 😊
Wir waren Mitte Oktober in dieser sehr gut gelegenen Ferienunterkunft in Garda und wurden dort,von der netten Vermieterin , persönlich empfangen.. Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind alle vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und die unteren Schlafräume sind bestimmt im Sommer angenehm kühl. Den Tag kann man wunderbar vor der Wohnung in der Sonne ausklingen lassen. Zum Bäcker und zu einem kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäft geht man nur ca. 6 min zu Fuß, der See und das Städtchen Garda sind in ca. 12 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten eigene Fahrräder mit, mit denen man zumindest in Richtung Sirmione auf gut befahrbaren Rad/Fußwegen am See entlangfahren kann. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war mehr als zufriedenstellt, bei Fragen hatte man in kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub gehabt. Wir würden auch gerne noch mal wiederkommen.

Tolle, ruhige Wohnung mit schönem Pool
Wir hatten schöne Urlaubstage in dieser umfassend ausgestatteten Wohnung. Schöne Terrasse, sonnig, Beschattung durch elektrische Markisen. Der große Gemeinschaftspool war immer leer. Garda ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Ein perfekter Urlaub :)
Die Ferienwohnung war super gelegen, abseits vom Trubel aber alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Wetter war perfekt. Dadurch das die Schlafräume im UG waren, war es sehr angenehm und man konnte prima schlafen. Check in und out super easy und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern einfach top!

Sejour vraiment très agreable!
L'appartement est à 20 metres d'une piscine tres bien entretenue et surveillée, le lac et ses boutiques et restaurants sont à 15mn à pied. L'ensemble de la propriété est très bien entretenue et vert! La terrasse donne sur 2 côtés, les stores et le parasol sont pratiques! Les propriétaires répondaient tres rapidement à mes messages (plages de sable à 10mn en voiture). La cuisine est bien équipée, et possède de quoi dépanner à l'arrivée (produit vaisselle, sel, papier toilette...). La wifi portable est vraiment super pour faire plaisir aux adolescents ! Les chambres sont en bas, les fenêtres y donnent sur une sorte de coursive pour permettre de les laisser au frais. (Escalier en colimaçon un peu etroit). Des bonnets de bain sont disponibles car obligatoires avec le Covid. Verone est tout près ! Merci à Barbara pour ce séjour TRÈS agréable !

Heerlijke vakantie gardameer
Een super vakantiewoning op een prachtige locatie. Je loopt de weg naar beneden en je bent al aan het gardameer. Het was erg fijn dat er veel pannen etc in de keuken aanwezig waren. Een groot pluspunt was het zwembad, heerlijk om in de middag nog even te zwemmen.

Mooi appartement vlakbij Garda
Mooi appartement vlakbij centrum van Garda. Garda centrum kon je lopend bereiken, ongeveer 1 kilometer lopen. 2 slaapkamers lagen verdieping beneden, wat lekker koel was. In huisje alles aanwezig. Zwembad lekker, alleen jammer dat die tussen 13:30 en 15:30 gesloten is.
