"Great hotel to stay at outside of Dublin. Easy transportation options both by bus and car. "

"Only issue I had was, the fire alarm in my room (only to the front desk) on several days while I was in the shower. Alarm would be set off by the steam???? They would knock on my door, so I’d have to tell them it was because of the shower. "

"The Ashling was a wonderful hotel, convenient to public transportation, the tram, bus and train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was well worth having with a variety of food and service."

"Fantastic check in and room was comfortable., Crisps left on floor from previous guests but overall was fine. Staff were great Breakfast was very good. Main reason we booked was For the pool, got breakfast early and went down with kids and were told pool was closed for cleaning and they weren't sure when it would be open. Although I appreciate the issue was unavoidable I don't think it was dealt with in a timely manner.. Considering the pool opened at 9 and was already closed when we got there at 8.50 the incident must have happened the night before and not dealt with. Given that it was Easter weekend with lots of families visiting for use of the pool this was very disappointing. Otherwise It was a nice hotel and I would visit again. "
