"Loved the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet area, the staff were polite and the room was in great condition. The room itself is like a small apartment and has a washing machine, mini kitchen, fridge and microwave. If you’re renting a car, beware that you will have to search for a public parking spot near the hotel. My only complaint is that during the second day of my stay, a nasty cigarette smell entered my room through the bathroom ventilation. I told the receptionist about it,...

She requested me to respect her timezone and asked me to turn to Sarah. I was shocked as the attitude was totally different when i communicated with her in different timezone. "--stayed in a two-level suite --views of the mountains are incredible --it felt very luxurious (three balconies!), yet reasonably priced (I stayed off-season) --upstairs bed was super comfortable; downstairs bed less so --fantastic bathtub area --dining area is a bit small considering how large the rest of the place is"
