"I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious and always spotless, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is incredibly strategic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were very helpful, though the only downside was that none of them spoke English, which made communication a bit challenging. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, a great way to start the day. Another bonus was the free laundry room available for guests. Overall, a fantastic stay with great amenities and convenience – highly recommended!"

"Excellent choice in hotel location. It’s close to major tourist attractions. Hotel itself is clean with Great service. I stayed in the “Red Level” that includes executive lounge. It is as good as any other top 5 star hotels like Ritz Carlton. Highly recommended."

They offer us a glass of champagne and gave us a room upgrade at not additional cost. Danny, the manager went out of his way to make our stay memorable. Andy ( not sure what his position is) also, was very nice and helpful. The happy hour at the bar at level 7 is definitely a plus. The room we stayed in was very spacious and beautiful decorated. We had an excellent stay and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an. "
