아쉬움 가득한 재방문 후기

두번째 이용입니다. 처음에 너무 좋았던 기억으로 재방문했는데 사람이 더 많아져서인지 어수선한 분위기로 아쉬운 마음입니다. 프론트와 지하 업장 직원분들은 여전히 친절하였는데 체크아웃 한 시간전과 삼십분 전 수건교체와 체크아웃하는지 확인한다는 명목으로 연이어 방문하는 객실 관리팀으로 인해 불편했습니다. 특히 나중 한 분은 저희가 객실에 있는데 카드키로 문을 열었고 소리를 내니 문을 닫고는 벨을 누르며 체크아웃하기로 한 방인 것 같아 확인차 왔다고 하셔서 매우 불편했습니다. 호텔측에서 재발방지에 힘써주신다고 했으나 이용에 참고하세요~
