"We had a fabulous stay at Wild Wadi. All of the staff made us feel very welcome and special. They were great to chat to, very friendly and answered all of our questions. We were served delicious Sri Lankan food for dinner and breakfast. The grounds are breathtaking and full of wildlife. The room was delightful with a very nice private plunge pool. The hotel is in a very convenient location - very close to the Wilpattu national park entrance. Thank you for having us, we had an unforgettable experience."

"HR Solo traveller I visited the Sanctuary on the recommendation of a friend and thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay there. Great care and much thought has been given to the furnishings of the house. It has an extensive collection of books on wildlife and birds and I could have spent many hours browsing this collection. The food was delicious and I was looked after very well by Dula and his team. There is a good choice of excursions on offer, but I chose a half day tour to the Wilpattu National Park which is only about 30 minutes drive from the Sanctuary. Dula and his wife, Achini were my guides and they took a great deal of trouble to ensure that I had a memorable experience. We were fortunate to see leopard, elephants, sea eagles and much more. I will definitely return on my next visit to Sri Lanka. "

"This is a really well ran camp. Probably the most organised place that we stayed in in Sri Lanka. The area is very peaceful and safe and the tent very comfortable! The complimentary afternoon tea each day was a nice touch with some freshly cooked local delicasies. The safari was fantastic and the dinner each evening was the nicest food that we ate in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend "
