Situación apartamento inmejorable
El apartamento es viejo, el problema son las camas que son incomodas y viejas. Las tuberias suenan y huelen mucho. El apartamento está en una zona inmejorable y por lo que se recomienda es por eso, al final pasas poco tiempo ahí, pero necesita muchas mejoras. Cuidado con la barandilla del balcon que está en mal estado y es un piso 12. Creo que hay mejores opciones en Gandia por el mismo precio. Sólo vale la ubicación y la puscina.
