"It was a 2 bedroom family accommodation. Pros, good location and two full bathrooms. Cons, heater didn't work, no coffee machine and we weren't advised that there were no towels.... As it was low season, contacting someone in person was not easy. Apartment was recently renovated so it was nice."

"El piso está bien situado pero muy viejo. Lo peor son las persianas de madera, que dejan la habitación a la vista de todo el que va al ascensor si quieres luz natural además de sonar muchísimo cuando hace aire y estar llenas de polvo entre las lamas. Las camas parecen que se van a desmontar cada vez que te mueves. Estaría bien que cambiaran el plato de ducha y pusieran mampara."

"Tengo 73 años y este ha sido el peor apartamento en el que he estado, y he estado en muchos. Las ventanas de las habitaciones y las puertas de las terrazas no cerraban ninguna. El olor a wáter público en todo el apartamento era insoportable.. .faltaban utensilios básicos en la cocina, el microondas en la terraza del lavadero, decoración desastrosa en general. Creo que no escojeré nunca más un apartamento con ustedes. no cerraban ninguna."

"El apartamento es viejo, el problema son las camas que son incomodas y viejas. Las tuberias suenan y huelen mucho. El apartamento está en una zona inmejorable y por lo que se recomienda es por eso, al final pasas poco tiempo ahí, pero necesita muchas mejoras. Cuidado con la barandilla del balcon que está en mal estado y es un piso 12. Creo que hay mejores opciones en Gandia por el mismo precio. Sólo vale la ubicación y la puscina."

"La agencia estupenda en amabilidad y eficacia. Tuvimos un problema de colapso de taxis y ellos nos ayudaron. Hay confusión en la hora de entrega de llaves en la propia agencia, porque la salida del apartamento y la entrega de llaves no es la misma cosa, pero parece que sí es en la misma franja de hora. La casa me pareció demasiado sencilla. Faltaban algunas cosas que hubieran venido bien como toldos en la terraza, algún utensilio práctico de la cocina... Un poco vieja ya. El primer día olieron...

"A lovely place to stay. Beautifully clean and has everything you need. Conxa is very helpful giving good tips for markets and restaurants. The swimming pool and garden are kept in immaculate condition and if we are in this area again, we will definitely return."
