I couldn’t stay there for more than 20 minutes."

There are plenty of staff members who are polite and well mannered. But the manager has horrible decorum. He refuses to have conversations about any disputes. He’s ready to take money, but will not provide promised services. The rest of the staff, like the cleaning crew do a great job, but the sheets are awful. The shower is awful. The amenities...
