Poor Service
"Staff at restaurant was untrained. They don't know what to serve at what time and moreover they lack basic servicing & communication skills. General Manager of the property doesn't have a courtesy to meet and address guests grievances and look at service deficiency."

"I would say its OVERVALUED, as per price they are charging.. 1. Facility wise -- Its lacking if compared to brand 'Marriott'.
