"Did not like being booked into the wrong rooms (2 rooms) - Receptionist issued 2 rooms that were already occupied, and after much deliberation, discussion, delay and aggravation, 2 alternative rooms were found but they were the other end of the hotel. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The best holiday we have been on. The rooms were cleaned and comfortable. The park is close enough to walk, however, buses are consistent making it easy to get to and from the park. Hotel Cheyenne felt safe and at times was very quiet. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Disney. "

From the moment you enter the hotel it smells amazing, and all the screens, decor, etc. do add to the “magic” feel. 😀 Free shuttle to the Disneyland park, as well we took that shuttle to the train station (it’s directly across from Disneyland Paris) and took the train into Paris for the day of sightseeing, the buffet breakfast was amazing daily and over all a great great stay! "The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly, only down side was not directly with the hotel but the ride there from the airport cost us 100 euros and on return caught an uber and it was 36euros, caught uber to Disney land cost us 13 euros the ride back was 35 euros just be more cautious with drivers "

"We only stayed one night after a trip to Disney, so did not arrive at the hotel until late. The drive from Disney was only 10 minutes and the room was comfortable, if a little small for a family of 4. Would use this hotel again if we were going to Disney as it allowed us to maximise park time."

"A l’occasion des 50 ans de mon père, j’ai décidé de lui organiser un anniversaire surprise. La mauvaise surprise était sans aucun doute le lieu. Ne vous fiez pas à la description car ce n’est pas ressemblant, la « pièce de jeu » n’était pas à notre disposition, l’enceinte à utiliser obligatoirement ne fonctionne pas et pour finir certaines choses ne sont pas aux normes (pas de détecteur de fumé, mur de la « discothèque » qui se désintègre…) Bon courage si vous réservez en hiver, vous serez...

"Endroit sympathique, agréable en bord de Marne. L herbergement est très confortable.Chambre bien équipée, aménagée avec goût. La pièce à vivre a tout ce quvil faut ce qu il faut pour un séjour au top. Le patron est sympathique à l ecoute. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."
