"Hotel staff was very nice. They checked us in early and were able to switch us into a different room due to the shower and air condition not fully blowing. They were accommodating and very friendly each time. The location is close enough to the Dumo area. There is construction going on right outside the main entrance as of April 20 25 it wasn’t loud but a lot is blocked off. There are restaurants and a smaller grocery store nearby. You’re close enough to the popular area, but far enough to be relaxed."

"The staff are multi-lingual and multi-tasking. That means that the same person who cooks your eggs, pours your coffee and arranges the pastry also calculates your bill, calls a cab and shows you compassion when you get ill-in my case bringing me therapeutic lasagna! Thanks guys!!"
