The loveliest front desk lady was so thorough explaining everything about the hotel and the area. The hotel itself is a private villa with spacious, clean and stylish rooms and excellent amenities. Very safe, quiet and if you are lucky, you can get one of the 2 parking spaces just outside of the hotel. Within walkable distance to the center, which is a huge plus.

"The location on the Promenade des Anglais is superb with easy access to all the city's wonderful attractions on foot (or by bus from the nearby "Promenade Congrès stop). My room on the 5th floor with a double balcony (albeit that at times it seemed just a wide ledge !) had sweeping and uninterrupted ..."
