In an ancient stone farmhouse of 1887 immersed in the Chianti countryside, among vineyards and olive groves, recently renovated, there are three apartments: Timo, Salvia and Ramerino.
The Ramerino apartment is located on the ground floor, it is accessed directly from the shared garden in the living /dining room. The apartment consists of a kitchen equipped with a microwave, hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, flat screen TV and sofa bed, a spacious double bedroom with canopy bed, a bedroom with single bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is furnished in Tuscan style with exposed beams, stone walls and terracotta floors. The apartment has an outdoor area with table and chairs, barbecue and shared swimming pool.
You can relax and enjoy the view of the olive groves and vineyards and see the towers of the medieval village of San Gimignano in the distance, go walking or cycling in the Tuscan countryside, use the barbecue and the large garden or cool off in the pool. Guests have free Wi-Fi and a lounge with a pool table.
The apartments are located in a central position from which in about an hour you can reach the main cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. Appartamento rosmarino molto bello
L"appartamento è molto fresco ed è provvisto di tutto il necessario. La cameretta con il letto a castello è molto piccola diciamo che ci stai giusto per dormire. La camera matrimoniale molto ampia e spaziosa. Il bagno non ha il bidet e il box doccia è un po' difettoso. Abbiamo molto apprezzato lo spazio esterno, utilizzo di lettini, tavolo con sedie e area giochi Anche l' area piscina molto bella con lettini e ombrelloni immersi nel verde.

Prima locatie en mooi uitzicht
Prima verblijf gehad en prachtige locatie. Enige minpunt was de openingstijden van het zwembad. Op locatie hoorden we pas dat dit tot maximaal s' avonds 19.00 open was, dat was een tegenvaller. Verder geen minpunten te noemen.

Schöne Gegend, Abzug bei der Unterkunft
Uns waren vorher verschiedene Dinge nicht klar, die ich hier nochmal klarstellen möchte: -der angegebene Pool ist auf dem Grundstück des Eigentümers (Trennung Tor) und hat Öffnungszeiten (Nutzung nur im Juli u. August von 10:00-17:00 Uhr möglich). -vor Ort wurde eine Gebühr für Endreinigung verlangt, die auch nicht in der Anzeige aufgeführt war & Kurtaxe für alle (auch für Kinder). Abzocke!

Gegend sehr schön
Der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die tollen Städte der Toskana rundherum zu besuchen. Landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen. Die Wohnung würden wir eher nicht weiterempfehlen, der Pool war im Juni geschlossen!

Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt, Lage gut, Wohnung aber nur auf den ersten Blick gut. Optisch nett, aber in der Wohnung lebende Käfer, feuchter Geruch im Schlafzimmer, Hauptsicherung flog immer raus wenn man abends duscht (Elektro Boiler) und Staub in den Ecken. Das Bett und die sonstige Einrichtung waren in Ordnung. Kurtaxe und Endreinigung wurden am Ende bar verlangt, von der Endreiniung wussten wir zuvor nichts. Insgesamt können wir dieses Apartment nicht empfehlen und würden es nicht noch einmal buchen.

Mooi appartement op perfecte locatie
Het appartement ligt op een schitterende plek. Met weids uitzicht. Dichtbij Siena, Florence, Pisa en San Gimignano. Voor ons perfect om de dag rustig op te starten (bij het zwembad) en dan in de middag richting een stad te vertrekken. Dat er ook andere appartementen op deze locatie waren, was voor de kinderen erg leuk.

Wunderschöne Umgebung
Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung ( Romerino) im Erdgeschoss war wirklich gut. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Probleme/Mängel wurden umgehend behoben ( 1 Fliegengitter war defekt). Die Ankuft und "Einweisung " durch Ilaria war super, sie spricht u.a. Deutsch. Der Pool war toll. Genau richtig bei dem Wetter. Waschmaschine, Kicker und Billiardtisch sind gegen eine Gebühr zu nutzen. Das einzige was uns störte, das es etwas hellhörig war. Durch Nachbarn nebenan und über uns war es etwas unruhiger. Ansonsten sehr schön. Durch die Ventilatoren konnte man die Wärme auch super im Haus aushalten.

Toller Sommerurlaub in herrlicher Landschaft
Wir haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist einfach top. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, Siena sind maximal 60 Minuten entfernt. Bei dem sehr heißem Wetter, das wir hatten, war der Pool einfach eine wundervolle Abkühlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastische Wohnung
Ilaria und Andrea waren sehr hilfbereitund immer erreichbar. Top ausgestattet (Pool, Tischkicker, Billardzimmer,...). Die Lage ist ruhigund trotzdem ereicht man die tollen toskanischen Städte in kurrzer Zeit.

Séjour superbe dans une belle propriété et un très bon accueil (09/2018)
Nous sommes très très satisfait de notre séjour dans l'appartement de la propriété d'Isabella. Elle a été très gentille et très accueillante. L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter cette région (Chianti + Florence et Sienne). La maison est en pierre et typique de Toscane. L'appartement est propre et spacieux (Le petit + pour le lit à baldaquin). L'environnement proche est magnifique entre les vignes et les oliviers des propriétaires. Merci encore pour ce séjour à Isabella et à son mari. Je recommande sans réserve cet appartement.
