"The staff was very attentive and friendly. At check in they insisted on taking our bags to our room and escorted us to go over the amenities and answer questions. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We particularly liked the pool and sculptures around the landscape.we also liked that they are right on the lake but separated from the public walk. Our favorite part of the experience was our waiter Michael. He made the experience very special. We liked everything so much that we returned 3 nights later on our way back to Milan. We had our best night there with Michael as our waiter again. We have shared the experience with our friends and family. We can’t say enough good things about our experience at the resort."

Helping me find rides, taxis in the rain, suggestions, book massage and spa, etc. I wish the room would have been a little cooler but that’s my only complaint. 100/10 recommend this hotel. "

"The Hotel was really clean and the staff was helpful and professional. It was a bit of a distance from the old town but walkable. As it was a bit of a distance, it would have been nice to have a dining option in the hotel. However, with the assistance of a very helpful front desk staff, we were able to order a pizza for supper with no problems."

"A little hotel close to Sirmione. We stayed one night on the way from Milan to Venezia - very convenient. We walked from the hotel to Sirmione and back, but there is a shuttle available. Small room in the hotel, but it was enough space for us for 1 night. A safe in the room, a kettle, and a restaurant - we had breakfast there but not dinner - it was opened from 7pm. We had dinner in Sirmione. There is a grocery store nearby, 200 yards."
