Snoozles is one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at - it just gets so many things right! Comfortable beds with privacy curtains, light, power socket and USB. Good showers with hooks for hanging items and shower gel provided. And finally a hostel that doesn’t charge or require a deposit for towels - fantastic! There is a nice communal lounge area and outside seating. The kitchen has everything you need. Free tea, coffee and some fruit is available 24/7 which is fantastic, and there are even some free daily afternoon snacks. I have to say a highlight is the free breakfast which is excellent - everything you’d want and good quality produce. The hostel is very clean throughout with everything well-maintained. WiFi is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Note that Snoozles is operated by the same people as Kinlay Hostel, which is also superb. I strongly recommend both hostels.

Really great hostel with a nice communal area. Super friendly staff and the continental breakfast was well stocked. Rooms were a little chilly and I thought quite expensive for a hostel but still reasonable for a Saturday night in Galway.

Brilliant affordable Galway stay

100% recommend - staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and so affordable.. location perfect in the centre of Galway. Breakfast was really good and staff were on hand to help us. Even though central it was quiet.

Incredibly friendly staff, very clean! Staff kept an eye on common areas and made sure they stayed tidy. Not a fan of the shower, curtain kept wafting in while showering. Good hot water.

Super Hostel.

This is a brilliant property almost next to Eyre Square, could not have been more convenient for our stay. The bedrooms were clean and there was a general feel of goodness around the place. However the best , the very best thing about this place is the staff. From reception to kitchen everyone was polite, helpful and totally understanding of our requirements. Would recommend this 11 times out of 10.

This is an epic hostel in an epic location close to Eyre Square. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the place is spotless. Other guests respectful of the quiet times. 24 hour tea and coffee available, Washing machine facilities, an iron and ironing board on each floor. Everything you could need, Snoozles have it. Really modern lounge area and kitchen and a patio out the back complete with snooker and ping pong and a guitar for those who are willing to play a tune. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

Clean, quiet and nice hostel close to town

Great little hostel. Good value for money. We only stayed one night, but could easily have stayed longer. Rooms and hostel were clean and tidy. No real noise during the night, which was nice. Seemed to appeal to a more family-oriented and mature audience. Staff were really nice and helpful. Buffet was nice and had lots of cereal options. Coffee, tea and fruit were complimentary all day long 👍 Galway city is just a few hundred meters away. Bus station right next door. If you park in the City Center Parking (right across the bus station), the hostel can give you 50% discount on a 24 hour ticket.
