Welcome to Dolphin Lair, your beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Beachfront retreat! Enjoy the sound of the ocean, the gulf breeze in your hair, and gorgeous views off the private balcony of this second-floor condo, with an unobstructed view. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Open for long term stays! You may reach out to us prior booking to check availability and discount.

This Cool, Coastal Vibe Condo Sleeps 7 Guests and has a Full-Size Washer and Dryer! A rare find in a condo!

Must be 23 to book, be fully responsible for the property, and must be residing at the property, the entire stay.

Plenty of adventure awaits you at this fun resort. You'll have access to the Seascape Condo community swimming pool (heated in the winter months), hot tub, swings, picnic area, BBQ grill, etc., along with access to the convenient private beach walkover. Wristbands are provided for you to access and enjoy the pool area.

Important Notice: Parking at the Seascape Resort Condominiums requires a parking permit and we have included the parking fee in your reservation ($18/per night). You will receive details on how to pick up your permit, along with your wristbands, with your check-in instructions prior to your arrival date.

This community is close to town in case you want to venture in to do some shopping on the Strand, visit a museum, or try some of the many restaurants that are available. This is the perfect spot for families, couples or business travelers.

You're only a few miles to many hot spots such as Moody Gardens, fishing piers, restaurants, breweries, and more!
- Walmart, Randall's, Spec's, and many other stores are only a few miles away.
- Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are only 2.9 miles away.
- Local favorites like Galveston Island Brewery and Jimmy's on the Pier Restaurant and Fishing Pier are nearby.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. It was the perfect getaway and the condo did not disappoint. The view is perfect. It was easy to get to and from the beach and the pool. Condo had everything we could possibly want and more. We definitely stay here again in the near future.

My boys and i throughly enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Lair. It’s literally right on the beach. The balcony has a great view. Even caught sight of a dolphin swimming by. The condo is comfortable & cozy. The only slight negative is the property gets rowdy late in the week. Other than that it was a great stay. I’d book again.

Had a great time.
Loved how close it was to the water. My daughter loved the bunk bed and the pool. Even though it was a rainy trip, we still had a lot of fun and the beach and pool/hot tub were always busy.

Great on the beach location
Our only beach vacation this year. It was great. Even with stormy weather in the mornings it was relaxing and nice. Living area was a little smaller than I expected but location and view made up for it. Great for just the two of us. Would be okay for a couple with a couple kids but I would have to say small for 4 adults. We would choose this location again. Thank you!

This condo is gulf-facing with a beautiful view. It had everything we needed and the beach was great! The only complaint we had was that we could not get any sound on the main tv. We tried to get help but got no response.

This condo is situated on the most beautiful beach and the pool was clean and fun. The living room looks over the ocean which makes for a wonderful view. The condo has everything you need and is clean and fresh. We had a wonderful stay and hope to do it again some day.

Great Condo on the Ocean
This property was perfect for our family for the week. The property had all the amenities you would need. Despite it being March we enjoyed the heated pool and the ocean. If we come back to Galveston we will definitely look to stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about this place! Very clean and beautiful views...you are basically as close to the beach as you can possibly be without touching the sand! Gorgeous sunrises and nice pool and a more secluded beach area than most of Galveston beaches. Loved this place and will return!!

Beautiful views of ocean right on the small deck. Unit had everything we needed, and was just the right size for my husband and I - would be tight with more than three adults. Some confusion checking in because we go in so late - and couple of the windows didn’t stay up and needed repair. Other than that a very nice place

Awesome place with beach view and beach access
This property is right by the ocean with amazing unblocked views and easy access. Clean place. Near to walmart for all needs. Private beach access. And beach is absolutely gorgeous and clean. Very safe for kids with lifeguard onsite. Few things to consider while booking, its great for family of 4, but tight for 6. Plumbing is old, so sinks drain slow. However bathtub, shower and toilets work perfect. Stocked for couple of days, but you might want to bring extra dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, dish scrub, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps. It has few beach toys, but no beach chairs. Bring or buy your own mat/chairs/umbrella.

Overall good experience. Advise to have your unit number written down to tell the front guard as some units are managed on site and some through a third party. The unit was clean and all appliances worked. Had great view of the beach and parking on bottom floor was close enough to haul beach setup to and from the car each day. Beachfront for the condo was private and not overly crowded and we did not worry about leaving it setup and going back and forth to the room which is rare on a beach. The beach was picked up every night. Would recommend this particular unit because it is on the 2nd floor (called first above the parking). Was easy to just hit the stairs and not wait for the elevator and it looks directly at the beach.

When we finally got checked in, after the guard was so mean to my husband and children, we showed up at 10 at night, tired and exhausted. We enter a 85 degree condo. We sleep in it, where are we going. Property manager called for an A/C man, assured me by 2:00/2:30. At 5:00 after sitting in a condo all day, with a man suffering kidney stones which is brought on by heat for him. A child with heat exhaustion from deep sea fishing that day with no where to cool off. I had children crying, men getting sick. At 5;00 p.m., there is word on the A/C untit. Completely Dead. No unit on standby for such a crisis. No, complimentary night till we can all find space for my family somewhere. Simply nothing. We will refund you and good luck. On a vacation island...... Everything is booked, ended up with two hotel rooms at a holiday inn that cost thousands of dollars for 4 nights. Why didn’t they have a condo on stand by, or an A/C unit on standby, other rental agency did. This was unreal experience.

TV does not work. If you want to watch TV then bring your own ability to do so (Apple TV, etc). If you want to be reminded what your dorm room in college looks like, this is the place. SMALL, not Cozy, not good for 4 ladies. The secondary bedroom great for kids but not so much for adults. Bathrooms small and hard to get ready in. The square footage is in the shower in the secondary bathroom. Your cell phone will not work in this small place. If you have ATT, make sure you have another way to communicate. Unless you sit on the far left corner of the old couch, you will not get service. Got to the condo right at 4:00 got checked in and the best thing about this place is Kevin, the check in gate person. However, he did not provide us with the beach or pool access so we could not enjoy either first day. When we initially got to the condo code to front door did not work. So we were locked out. Would I stay here again…NO, too expensive for a tiny place that was not accommodating to 4 women. When we finally got the pool code, we went to pool and happen to be sitting next to the small pool that looked like a spa. Got asked to move because we did not have small children with us. Mind you no small children were anywhere to be found. Apparently, this is the kiddie pool and adult are not allowed there unless you have a small child. I guess we looked like pedophile’s even though we are all mom’s that have raised hugely successful children and none of those kids have ever been abused our have mental issues. Needless to say, do not stay here if you need a non-stressful vacation away with friends. Will not be back and will be in contact with owners as to the unacceptable management. As a business owner, if this was my place and my customers would have been treated this way, someone would have some serious explaining to do.

We had a great time at the dolphin lair. The view of the ocean was incredible. Kevin with security was wonderful in helping get us checked in when there was an issue with our booking. We had some trouble with the TV since we don't stream at home. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well organized. Their information binder was helpful as well. We have stayed in several units in Seascape and enjoyed this unit very much!

Great location, great facilities but unit needs some attention.
The location is perfect. So close to the gulf and you don’t have to cross the highway to get to it. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful! Lots of seating. The unit was disappointing. The stovetop barely worked. Took 20 minutes on high to get the water to boil. We tried all the burners on different days. The icemaker didn’t work in the freezer. The couch needs a good cleaning and the other chair was not comfortable. The windows were very dirty and did not open. The blinds in the door did not go up. The pyramid bedroom smelled very musty and I found a big patch of black mold on the wall. The bottom of the upper bunk looked disgusting and the bed frame had gaps in the joints. I don’t think it was safe to sleep in the top bunk. On the positive, the washer/dryer worked well, there were plenty of glasses, dishes, silverware and cookware. The cupboards, sinks, dishwasher and countertops were nice. The TV’s in every room worked well and the porch furniture was good. We stayed 2 weeks. The first week was super foggy. Found out by talking to locals that it gets that way 1 week on avg somewhere between last few weeks of February through first few weeks of March. Just be aware when booking in that time frame that you may not be able to see the gulf from your balcony. That is not the fault of the property, just be aware when you book in that time frame. We would not stay here again unless it gets a good cleaning, beds, appliances and living room furniture replaced.

This is Just What We We Were Hoping For.
My husband and adult daughter traveled with me. We travel to Galveston every year and this was one of the best places to stay. We have stayed at other condos at Seascapes and this was the best so far. We loved not having a road between us and the beach. The view was amazing. It was fast and easy to walk down to the beach.
