Great Place on the Beach
We have several grandchildren that love the beach. We stayed here in 2022 and were glad it was available for this year's family gathering. We love the location. The owner is easy to work with and I'm sure we'll be returning.

Great House!!
We spent four nights here with our big family of 20 and had the best time! The house is in a great location and comfortably slept all of us! The house was clean and comfortable and the communication was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this again!

Holiday Family Getaway
Enjoyed our stay. House was very accomodating for a family of our size! Very comfortable with beautiful views and direct access to the ocean. Definitely a memorable time with family enjoying game nights, smores with the kids at the fire pit while listening to the waves or just a lazy evening watching movies. We will be using Ron for future getaways!

Family Fun
We had a group of 8 adults and 4 kids. The house was perfect for our group. Ron was awesome to communicate with, very prompt. Could not beat the view and access to the beach!! House was the most well equipped we have stayed in. Everything we needed for meals or fun on the beach!

Home away from Home
This home was perfect for our yearly family (cousins getaway) of 12 with plenty more room. The home was equipped with everything you need. PLUS just steps away from the ocean you couldn’t ask for anything better. We will definitely stay again next year if available. Oh and Ron was more than welcoming with quick responses. Thank you!

Nice place to stay with plenty of beds & lots of bathrooms. Not the newest of fanciest house but nothing negative to say. The Sand road leading to the house should be noted in description. not fun on a motorcycle! haha

The Great Escape
We have a great family and needed a great place to get away! We found it! The place was just right. It was clean, the AC was cold, the showers were hot, and the access to the beach was perfect! Even met Gage, the maintenance man who brought a brand new grill! The owner was the most pleasant and accessible contact and was willing to bend over backwards to make things work to make our stay a success. He accomplished that! Thanks for the best time for the best family.

Great location, well-stocked home.
Perfect spot close to Galveston with beautiful beach just feet away from the home. Beach quiet with plenty of space and beach toys provided. Home larger than expected with more than enough space for our family of 4. Outside of home well-maintained with recent paint. Inside of home could use a refresh, especially the kitchen. Cleanliness was ok, bathrooms need a deep clean and some need a remodel. Would stay again.

Wonder!!!
For Hurricane ida me and my family stayed and loved it. We had a few maintenance problems but they were fix with in a day. This will be a yearly vacation spot for us. P. S. The view from the master room about 6 in the morning was everything to my mother.

Relaxing get away
Our family of 6 wanted a relaxing getaway together before school started. This house is huge, with beds for everyone. The kitchen is a little dated, but we weren’t cooking on this trip. The deck looks out on the ocean and was my favorite place to sit day and night. Being able to just walk out in the beach anytime was awesome. Bermuda Beach is a small quiet community, which we loved. There is a dollar general right down the road which made shopping easy. Ron, the host, was just a text away for any concerns. We will definitely return.

Thanksgiving Family Beach Vacation
We had 13 adults who stayed here for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We had a wonderful stay. The location of the property was excellent, on the beach but also very close to town. The deck had amazing views and we loved the elevated platform offering unobstructed views of the gulf. The interior could use a bit of a touch up, which the property manager said would be happening in February of 2022. Speaking of the property manager, he was great. We didn't have many questions with our stay, but when I reached out to him, he responded right away. We would definitely stay here again. If you have a large group looking for convenient access to all Galveston has to offer this property is an excellent choice.

The property manager was super nice, and it was great to be located so close to the beach. However, it was not clean! The pantry smelled so bad. The beddings and pillows in the closets smelled horrible. The couch and bed had stains.

Property not being cleaned properly or kept up. Trash and junk onsite Linens didn't fit bedding, sink stopped up every time used. Location was great but house was not worth the rate paid.

Filthy and poor maintenance
My extended family of 6 adults and 5 children were very disappointed in the property. The entire house was very dirty, dusty and not well stocked as described. The bathrooms had mold along the tubs and bedding did not smell clean. The “games” and beach toys in the garage was not as described or missing pieces. Also, the private beach is next to the public beach which has numerous cars playing loud music past 11pm. DO NOT STAY HERE
