Kick back on comfy leather furniture in the open-concept living area. A Roku TV sets the scene for movie nights.

The well-appointed and stylish kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of room to prepare delicious meals.

When it’s time to dine, gather at the six-person table. The kitchen bar also accommodates three.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms, each of which has a Roku TV.

Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

This wasn’t the most modern or lavishly decorated home, but it was super comfortable and I wasn’t stressed the whole time that I was gonna ruin their couch or something!

Frustration.
First, we couldn’t get in. Someone locked the bottom lock. It took almost 2 hours to straighten that out. The TV sound bar wasn’t working. Finally on the last day we discovered the volume. Response time was non existent on the sound bar. Nothing major but frustrating. The house was clean and I would rent it again because I know what to do.

Amazing house in a perfect location
House is 10 mins from the seawall. Great and peaceful neighborhood. Beach is a 5 minute walk and is wide open. Would definitely stay again!

Great Beach House
Ideal location. Five minute walk to the beach without having to cross the highway. House is clean and well appointed. TV in every room and with full access to all channels and APPs. Extremely nice touch to provide supplies of beach umbrella, folding beach chair and beach toys.

Beach vacation for 6
The rooms were spacious. Big fans & cold AC! Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds! Deck is large & shaded in the evening w/comfortable deck chairs! Close access to the beach too. I will be back. Grandchildren loved it even though it rained a lot. Could get to the beach fast as soon as the sun came out using the available beach wagon for chairs & towels. Love everything about it!!

This place is great! Love the house. Great furniture and beds, which isn't always the case at rental homes. Nice size kitchen and great appliances. We love to cook, so all if this helped. Note to owner (since not sure where to convey this): Overhead light in kitchen is out Front balcony patio lights not working Refrigerator water filter replacement light went on while we were there Lovely home! Perfect for Family Beach Vacation
We loved this home! The house has everything you needed to live in the comfort of a home. The beach is a quiet spot for families and 5 min walk away, The Strand is 10 minute drive Galveston has so many things for family and adults to enjoy. Highly recommend using this home for a vacation spot! We will be back!

Galveston vacation
Much needed vacation. Mimosa Manor provided everything. We only needed swimsuits. We cooked when we wanted to, the kitchen was well organized. We could go out for meals easy access to the city life. Perched myself on the lovely deck with wine. Location, location, comfortable and relaxing home. Enjoyed the beach daily. Sunsets are my favorite. I would book again and will recommend to my family and friends.

Short walk from beach in lovely subdivision
Wonderfully relaxing stay in house with great comfort and just 5 minutes walk to the beach. On the beach side of the road and with a General store conveniently located nearby. Owners have kindly supplied a beach pull-along buggy and chairs/umbrella. No vehicles allowed on the beach means that it is much calmer and quieter than other places. Great for a family getaway. I would just add some placemats for the lovely wooden table and a few Pyrex bowls and a utility knife or 2. Otherwise well equipped kitchen. Loved having the big screen TV with all our streaming channels and enough sofa space for 6 adults.

for the most park place was clean, the only problem i would say we had was the controlling the TVs in beach house. Remotes with no batteries and all streaming services were all blocked so logging in with your own personal info is the only way to watch tv

The place was nice and clean some what but you can tell they just was doing work by the kitchen sink because they didn’t clean behind their self dry wall was all around the sink now for part of our check out we have to pull all sheets off the beds now I did that but I don’t know if the people before have or whoever clean supposed to but it was human hair in the bed and bath tub wen we pull the sheets back you saw the hair. And for the washer and dry to be used you couldn’t it didn’t workout over all the place was nice

Beautiful relaxing escape

Spring Break Family Vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, myself and our two small children, ages 18 months and 5 years stayed at this property for 5 nights during spring break. When first arriving, the home had some cleaning and maintenance issues. The floors had dried on food debris and what appeared to be dust and hair:. Bath mats were soiled. Leftover hair from previous visitors in the floor drain of the shower, ants (alive and living) crawling in the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms. We also found that the garbage disposal was leaking and a section of the floor by the front door was rotting and sunken in and squishy needing repair. Additional, there was a part of the ceiling covering the driveway that was in need of repair with insulation hanging down which later all fell out during a heavy rain leaving bits and pieces of it strewn all across the driveway and surrounding area. We did call maintenance, and they did come out to repair the garbage disposal and indicated the floor would be fixed later. They also offered to clean the house again, but by that time we had cleaned it ourselves since we had a small child crawling everywhere. The location of the home is great. Very close to the beach within walking distance, and they provided a nice wagon with beach gear including an umbrella, toys, mat, etc. The home is really quite nice, but it does need some maintenance as mentioned earlier. It has very nice furnishings, and the kids loved the bunk beds. The flooring and fixtures are all very nice. I think perhaps some of the damage we no noted could have been from the recent crazy weather they had down there, but it was still in need of repair. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the beach, and it was very convenient to get to. The house had everything we needed. The outdoor space on the deck was also very nice, and the outdoor shower was nice to be able to rinse your feet off before entering the home. I thank the homeowners for providing all of the beach stuff. So convenient!
